  3. I know very little about baseball, but with all the steroid use/talk, the Home Run record appears to have become a very hollow marker, which is great shame for all those that play by the rules. Bonds and his ilk should be ashamed of themselves................. and hopefully, later in life, they will be.
  4. Perhaps if you designated a hidden mesh as a "flightdeck", it might be possible!
  5. I built those ships before multiple weapons became a feature of the SF series, so right now, only one turret is set up to work for all three ships.
  6. Not in a very compelling way. Sure, you could build/gather the required models, but ship management is pretty primitive within SF. As I've said before, being most interested in naval/naval aviation matters, I've always hoped that things might be developed (improved carrier flightdeck operations, for example), but I suppose TK's interests lie elsewhere................. at least for now.
  7. Wrench, she was built when ships could have only one functioning weapon................. and the guns modelled aren't exactly the best for AA fire. Even with multiple weapons for the SF series these days, they're still too idiosyncratic for me to want to muck around with them further. Naval aviation has always been my favourite, but if the ships don't work right............................ less than inspiring. Here's hoping TK raises the game.
  8. Hey Wrench, I'd forgotten all about my faux HMS Eagle! It's just a very loose interpretation I bashed up quickly so I had something for Sea Hurris and Seafires to land on. I released it way back when as HMS Irresistible, as it really has only a passing resemblance to Eagle (hull from HMS Tiger and bits and pieces from elsewhere). Glad you can use her.
  9. Tell that to the Turks! I don't suppose they were terribly enthusiastic about Lawrence's activities! Look, there is no one "guru" or "knight in shining armour" that will suddenly come down from above and unite such a diffuse and global community. TK gave us the programmes and the tools/open architecture. Freedom is messy (to paraphrase).

  11. Well, it is Knightsbridge, so I'm hardly surprised, although why anyone would want to live in such a tourist trap is beyond me.
  12. Spectre, Sounds good to me. I just used the SE 5a data.ini, which was to hand (with a few number alterations). I forgot entirely about fuel capacity..................... Okay, looking at the Gladiator, which was a development of the Gauntlet, I see that it carried some 84 Imp. gallons, or 382 litres. That's probably a reasonable number for the latter aircraft also, so I'm going with that.
