  1. Nice work man, nice to see some modern equipment for a change :)
  2. The main intent of the Hornet wasn't to go skin every jet (though SidDogg was working on some himself) but enough for a release. So there;s no harm in doing some more....
  3. All flaps are automatic so all you have to worry about is just hitting the deck. And its not difficult trapping with the Super, no matter what version.
  4. http://www.jpsmodell.de/dc/luft_e.htm This is also a great site as well...
  5. Well one thing not mentioned is that when you fire the 20mm a small door opens (can't see it from the cockpit though), which if I remember correctly is a small vent for the gas.
  6. Even I took the plunge with it though I haven't played with it yet.
  7. hehe I only have messed with it a little bit, then again I haven't done any simming or gaming for the past few days, but it's pretty interesting they can do that.
  8. Thanks! Once I figure out the flaps I may release it...
  9. Looking good but the wheels seem pithy small compared to the rest of the jet....
  10. If you've played First Person Shooters then moving the body of the vehicle isn't bad.
  11. Using a radar to cue an IR missile IMHO is good for selecting a proper target, not so much guiding the missile.
  12. Nice skin but I always thought Russia followed the Anti-UN coalition...?
  13. Maybe, does it actually help? Though I don't think the Skyhawk needs it, its pretty damn maneuverable without them....
  14. And with DCS development in particular is limited to again who wants what and what they've decided to make too.
  15. Yep, that's the meat and potatoes of it.
  16. Somehow the phrase "Hurry up comes to mind... :P
  17. Now I just need the inner flap meshname and distance.... and needless to say works fine.
  18. Not sure, always thought that they weren't able to be applied, if so then that's good
  19. A little more tweaking, shame I can't add decals...
  20. Okay I just deleted the page of drama about getting a part done. Fact is and I'll speak for everybody that modding isn't a paid venture and unfortunately since most of us take it out of our freetime, we try and do our best. If a person cannot deliver then that's it. And if they say they can't their not lying or trying to screw you, it's just a normal fact of life. Now lets get back on topic and move on.
  21. File Name: Super Hornet Late Cockpits File Submitter: EricJ File Submitted: 15 February 2013 File Category: SF2 Series Add On Cockpits These are only E and F specific cockpits that are on the Block II airframes: Key notes when installing: - Delete your existing Cockpit and Avionics files. However, if you have some custom mods you don't have to install the AVIONICS file as it's just to make sure an Avionics file is present - When selecting Air To Air Mode the RWR appears in the middle, just below the HUD. Selecting the NAV or "caged" mode will bring the keypad back. Changes: - new shape lower right panel with other adequate elements - "killed" the clock on the lower panel - removed backup RWR completely - all DDI's are now color screens - center screen has two modes, NAV which is basically the same as the early version and EW using simplified DDI function for which I'm sure newer versions can, screen is monochrome btw. Screenshot by Brain32 NOTE: There is NOT a EA-18G specific cockpit included.... All work (except file managin) done by Brain32 Click here to download this file
  22. As mentioned by Wrench in the SF2 section, go to your User CP and go to "Manage attachments" and delete some old stuff to free up space.
