  1. Sorry, I was offline for a few days. It's great to be back, Javito.
  2. Welcome to the party, Scram. You won't regret it - a bunch of more friendly and helpful chaps you'd be hard pushed to find anywhere else. Mine's a pint of Spitfire thanks
  3. Thank you, Olham, Shiloh. It feels good to be back in the cockpit.
  4. I agree, Olham, that this is a good joystick. I've been using it for some time and I bought it originally because it's one of the few out there suitable for a left handed pilot. I find the twist response about right for the rudder and after a while you don't get that accidental twist when firing.
  5. Hi everyone. After my extended leave after catching a blighty, I'm back flying again and my pilot, Captain Justin Case of RFC 56, has just been awarded the VC . I couldn't be happier......well, I could but we won't go into that Ahem.....carry on chaps.
  6. A bit late for the drink but..how ya doing my man?
  7. Awesome. Want it, want it, want it. This has been the longest 2 weeks in history.
  8. Amazing. Thanks for posting.
  9. Good for you, Lou. We know you can do it. I've just started a prgramme too. The holiday season had the same effect on me but not as bad as your increase - shame on you.
  10. Oh, Tony, what a year indeed. It's upwards from here though. I wish you well and here's to a better 2013.
  11. Merry Christmas all and a peaceful and healthy 2013.
  12. 59 here and, after the scare I had this year, I'm living every single day to the full
  13. I'm doing fine, Olham. I'm almost back up to speed now, thanks for asking. Looking forward to WOFF in 2 weeks.
  14. I'm still here. I drop in occasionaly to have a look round. For various reasons I'm spending more time with my family at the moment so don't get to fly as much - neither OFF nor my models.
  15. Cuba still struggling. http://www.bbc.co.uk...merica-20294006
  16. I,ve gone back to having trouble landing at hq again
  17. Ooops indeed. Embarassing for someone.
  18. I think that's wishful thinking, Craig.
  19. Hornchurch no longer exists as an airfield, Olham, but Biggin Hill and Manston do. Manston is used as an emergency landing site because it has a very long runway.
  20. £50m....money better spent on equiping our current service men properly then maybe not so many would come home with their lives in ruins or worse.
  21. That's odd, worked for my Turkey last Christmas.
  22. And that's just using the thumb.
  23. Oh m8, so sorry to hear your news. I'll be thinking of you both.
