  1. Israel Aerospace Industries KF1-DF Block 1, 2008 In 2002, two unknown aircraft entered Israel airspace completely undetected. Two F-15C Baz attempted to intercept them, but they disappeared from radar and flew way faster than the F-15s. This prompted Israel to build their own stealth fighter. Israel Aerospace Industries begun work on the KF1 in 2003. 3 years later, in 2006, the KF1 project was unveiled to the public, along a scale mock-up for wind tunnel testing. The first operational craft, named "Block 1" and completed in late 2007, didn't have any weapon system. It took off for the first time in May of 2008. It flew with Block 1 specs until late 2009, when it was retrofitted to Block 2 specs. The plane entered service in the Israeli Air Force in 2014. Preparing for take-off (May 23, 2008) First take-off (May 23, 2008) High AOA testing September 24, 2008) Last landing (October 19, 2009)
  2. Thank you two! It'll take a while though 'cause I accidentally erased the HUD while tweaking the avionics. This plane is this nice to me xD
  3. F-2A Intercept video

Nice find there MigBuster. The first time I watched the video I couldn't turn my volume up so it was silent and I thought it would have some random rock music but it's Zero..............."Yo, Buddy. Still alive?". Sorry, someone had to say it.
  4. Israel Aerospace Industries KF1-DF Block 1, 2008 Kinda inspired by the original PAK-FA and this http://acecombat.wikia.com/wiki/ADFX-01_Block1_Morgan
  5. So, after a few months without a computer, I got one and reinstalled SF2, then started playing as anyone would. Recon with F/A-18E. I was alone and I was surrounded so I requested reinforcements. Red Crown said that they were coming, and I thought that, as it always happened to me, just a couple Dhimar F-4s that didn't even come close to the battle area, but this time, just before I was shot down, the plane tailing me exploded, checked the map and it was a 16-plane F-22 squad! Is this normal or am I just lucky?
  6. Macdonalds burgers unfit for human consumption

Don't think I'm going back to McDonals again, I'm in Europe and I feel sick just by thinking what did I eat last time I went there!
  7. This is pretty simple: Why does everyone compares the YF-23 to the (clearly) more advanced F-22? And why doesn't anyone think that if the YF-23 won the ATF, it would be updated like was the YF-22? What do you think about this?
  8. File Name: MiG-23 Yuke skin pack File Submitter: tonipm99 File Submitted: 01 March 2014 File Category: What If Skins TW Yuktobanian MiG-23 skin pack This skin pack is for the TW MiG-23s, I have a full-5 merged installation and Expansion packs 1 and 2, and I don't know which MiG-23s are added in every installation and Expansion pack, so I apologise. But it will work with every MiG-23 (except the MiG-23MS). This pack also includes pits (by ordway) to automatically make the planes flyable. -Special thanks: -TK for the SF sims and MiG-23s -ordway for the pits. Note: The MiG-23 doesn't appear in any Ace Combat. I made this because I plan on making a Ace Combat-based skin for every plane, and possibly some unique terrains from different ACs. 11. Welsh Air Force? Never heard about it. Anyway, nice work.
  12. Hello people. I've been flying the F-79C Manta by Wrench (originally by Starfighter and Pasko), and I just noticed the smoke emitters are below the plane, not above. So I tried to fix this, I changed the thrust position and the emitter position but still no success. Is there any way to change the thrust position? Or is it a 3D model problem? Thanks.
  13. Oh crap. I just fixed that, a real fail I must recognize. Please delete this thread, totally useless. Sorry for the mess.

Dels' F-29A Wardog skin The 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron, nicknamed Wardog, is the main squadron the player is assigned to in Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. It was initially a squadron composed primarily of trainees, led by Capt. Jack Bartlett (callsign Heartbreak One), and two other veteran combat pilots. They were engaged off the coast of Sand Island and all the pilots were killed, except for Capt. Bartlett, trainee pilot 2nd Lt. Kei Nagase (callsign Edge), and those on the ground. After this incident, she was moved up to the # 2 position because of her wild flying style. The rest of their flight consisted of the two trainees who had been on the ground during the fight, 2nd Lt. Alvin H Davenport (callsign Chopper) and 2nd Lt. "Blaze". This skin has Blaze's number. -Special thanks: -TK for the SF sims -Dels for the plane and the templates I used -EricJ for the tutorial I used If I forget anything, please post a comment below.
  15. Message to the community

I don't know if I'm in the position of posting such "message", but I really have to. As you can see, I'm a member since 2011, but I wasn't really doing anything... I'm now starting to do real things around and I must thank this community for replying my noobish posts asking really basic things... Really, CombatAce is probably the friendliest community I ever seen, it's just incredible how nice you people are to noobs like me, something I have never seen. Probably I'm just too young and I haven't seen enough, but I hope to stay here for a really long time. Godspeed.
  16. I wonder what the hell is that... But what I know for sure is that they're either the best pilots on the world or I'd better not see the aftermath of that maneuver xD
  17. That is exactly what I'd like to do if I wasn't outnumbered by MiG-17s and MiG-21 (it's often me vs 20 MiGs)
  18. You can get a medal all the times the conditions are met, that's why you get a Purple Heart when you die, and other medals I don't remember (sorry, I die too much xD)
