      So long as you can finish you should be good. 60-120s and group runs will help increase your speed and the distance you can run. The group runs are usually a nine minute mile pace.

      I could barely run a half-mile tonight, I was already out of breath. Only several days 'till I leave.

      its all about learning to pace yourself... don't go hell for leather to start just take it easy...
