Well I went with the Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS HOTAS. I found out its a pain getting other HOTAS to work with the older X-Wing games so the fact i can just unplug the throttle and still have a full stick made the choice a bit easier. I'm also loving the HOTAS setup in strike fighter and DCS!

sorry to bump this thread but what pack were you able to get working? I was able to get the EH ship patch working but none of the others.

I've been a long time user of the Thrustmaster T.16000M but I want to move onto a HOTAS setup. I don't want to go past $200 so i'm down to two and would like some input on which one I should get? Just to give an idea of what i'll be using them for here aare the fallowing sims im playing ATM DCS World Strike fighters 2 IL-2 1946 Steel Beast Pro PE FSX here are the two im torn between Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS HOTAS or Saitek x52 PRO

So far I have learn a lot from these forums and from poking around in the game files but I still can't figure out what controls the aircraft and ground targets that randomly generate. I understand that a few thing do impact what is shown in a giving mission. like setting a unit to RARE, COMMON, VERY_COMMON in the data.ini but I can't find any hard list that the game pulls from to make the determination on what shows up.

it seems its only with a few of the Hawker Hunter mods I use that have this problem with the wheel wells. The stock Hunters are fine.... Anything I missed when adding the Swiss Hunter or a fix?

I knew about the mission editor but it become a bit of a hassle. I already tested a few destroyers for both RED/BLUEFOR and it just gives the anti-shipping missions a bit more kick.

Just wondering, what part of the DATA.ini do i need to edit to set a ship to show up as the target in anti-shipping missions?
