Einheitlich ist hier nix. ;-) Somit gibt es keine einheitliche Nations.ini für WW2 Installs Außer den Sachen die man aus den *.cat Dateien extrahiert. Aber vielleicht gibt es ja eine Nations ini im Downloadbereich. Ansonsten frag doch mal im SF2 - WW2 Forum.
