Republic P-47D-25 Thunderbolt, 1 GAC, Força Aérea Brasileira, Italy 1944
= for SF/SFG/WoV/WoE WW2: MTO Installs =
For Wolf257s "BubbleTop Jug", this skin and decal set represents the FAB squadron as seen when attached to the USAAF 350th FG, 12th Air Force in Italy during WW2.
The skin accuratly represents the colors and marking of 1oGAVCA, with correct Flight call letter/numbers, and with the excpeting of 5 or 6 serial numbers, the acutal aircraft as flown by them at the time. The only departure from pure historicality, is that the Squadon Command and Squadron Executive Officer flew aircraft left in their natural metal finsh, which is here shown in the OD/Gray. Sorry about that, folks! So, historical ratting drops to about 94-95%, due to that fact, and the 'missing' serial numbers. Rest assured, however, the serial shown are for the proper sub-variant of the Jug.
As always, it's reccomended you unzip this package to a temp folder or your desktop, or somewhere's else that's easy to find to gain access to the rest of this readme for full, detailed install instructions. As this is simply a add-on skin/decal set, you shouldn't have any problem installing it.
Good Hunting!

P-47D-20, 61st FS, 56th FG

P-47D-20 (Razorback), 61st FS, 56th FG Skin for SF/SFG/ WoV/ WoE, WW2 ETO Installs
A reskin for Wolf's Razorback Jug, depicting aircraft from the 61st FS of the Famed 56th FG as seen in late 43 through early 45 (depending if the Razorbacks were still on inventory or not!)
This skin depicts the OD/Gray paint scheme, but NOT with D-Day Invasion Stripes. It's just a rather standard ETO paint job, without the color diferentiation between the squadrons (as it didn't seem to be used, or had been replaced with regular paint, according to my references)
Decals are included for 26 aircraft, letters A-Z, with serial numbers matched as close as possible to the actual aircraft they were used on. Some nose art is also included; again as close as possible to Real Life . Given some inaccuracies, I'd be forced to rate this as somewhere between 90-95% historically accurate.
Also included are an updated data & loadout inis, with corrected light placements (formation, landing, tail, etc).
This mod has NOT been tested in 08 level 1st Gens or ANY SF2 NextGens. There are some issues with flight models and
other things that haven't been resolved as of yet. If you insist on using this mod in said environments, you're on you own. No assistance is available from me for any issues you will encounter.
As always, it's reccomended you unzip this package to a temp folder or your desktop, or somewhere's else that's easy to find to gain access to the rest of this readme for full, detailed and fairly east to follow install instructions.
Good Hunting, Wolfpack!

F-47D-25 Thunderbolt, Generic Metal Skin & Ini Pak
By Wrench
P-47D-25, Generic Post-WW2 Skin for SF, WoV & WoE
A "simple garden variety" natural metal skin for Wolf's P-47D-25 'Bubbletop' Thunderbolt.
This is a 'representative' skin for the F-47D Thunderbolt, in the post-1947 era, right after the formation of the US Air Force. As they were still a few around for a few years, mostly in the Air National Guard, I thought I'd throw together a little something. Now, mind you, these are NOT ANG aircraft, but should be considered as 'front line', as I didn't create ANG style decals.
The tail serial numbers are actual P-47D serials, just so's your tail fin don't look and feel so neeked.
I've also created the "buzz numbers" so prevelant in the post-war period, and into the Korea War, so this skin set will fit nicely into a "Cold War Gone Hot: 1948" scenario.
There are a few changes in the cockpit ini, adding a new sight tga (USAAF Mk.8). Instructions are below, in the "To Install" section.
And, once again, all the lights have correct positions, colors, including a landing light.
A new, WoE style Hangar Screen is also provided.
Information of 'fixing' the loadout problem with the Triple-Bazooka launchers is also supplied
== You MUST also have the latest weapons pak to make use of the WW2 weapons.==
PLEASE read the enclosed readme for full, detailed install instructions, along with other notes of interest.
Happy Hunting!

368th FS P-47D skin and ini mods
By Wrench
New, somewhat accurate skin for Wolf's Bubbletop Jug, representing 368th FS, ETC circa late 44/early 45-ish. I say 'representative', as I didn't do any real research, other than squadron code letters and nose color. I just wanted a natural metal Jug that wasn't from the 56th FG, and this was fairly easy to do.
Included also are updated data and loadout inis, with some weapons mount changes, repositioned pilot & seat, and new running and landing lights.
With thanks to Wolf257 for including templates that make life sooo much easier!
