Strike Fighters/Wings Over Vietnam/Wings Over Europe etc Mi-24 skins readme
All credit for these skins goes to their creators as detailed below. All I've done is to re-format them for SF\WOV\WOE and add a textureSet to each skin.
Not all of the countries for which we have skins are included in the standard NATIONS.ini list, so I've left those as Soviet. It doesn't make any difference to the skins' appearance as there are no decals to worry about. If you have the New Nations mod that includes these missing countries then feel free to modify the relevant TextureSet.
All you need to do is to extract the skin to your Objects\Aircraft\Mi-24 folder, then go fly and blow up some stuff.
Thanks must go to the A Team for making the Mi-24 for SF\WOV\WOE, Tim Conrad for the original Mi-24V, and of course TK for giving us these great sims to play with.
This skin is based on Mike Pearson's textures and converted with his kind permission.

Halifax: Four Squadron Skinpack

New Skin & decals for four squadrons of Halifax III aircraft.
For the Halifax by Veltro2k.
51 Sqn RAF were based at Snaith in East Yorkshire and operated Halifax III's from early 1944.
76 Sqn RAF flew Halifaxes from RAF Holme-on-Spalding Moor in East Yorkshire from 1943 until the end of the war in Europe.
347 Sqn were a Free French Air Force unit within the RAF. Flying from RAF Elvington they proudly displayed the French Insignia on their aircraft as well as the Cross of Lorraine.
466 Sqn was an Australian Air Force unit within the RAF. Initially based at RAF Leconfield, they moved a few miles further North to RAF Driffield til the end of hostilities.
All the above were part of No.4 group (Yorkshire).

517 Sqn operated out of RAF Brawdy on ASW, Patrol and Met flights.
Serial numbers are representative of a\c from spring 1945.

462 Sqn were based at Celone, Italy.
As with most "desert" units, no squadron ID code letters were carried.

IDF/AF Dragon Rapide 1948

100 Squadron, Israeli Air Force 1948
The IDF/AF operated 7 Dragon Rapides in 1948. Mostly operated for personnel and cargo transport, the Dragon Rapide were also be used as an air ambulance. Lacking bombers, the IDF fitted machine guns firing out the doors and aircrew pushing small bombs from the cabin. A typical load was 16x 20kg bombs. Some Dragon Rapides had bomb racks added but its not clear how many.
Strictly speaking all remaining Dragon Rapides were not concentrated in 100 Squadron until 1949.
Some of the details of the original A-Team skin have been retained. Special thanks to allenjb42 for the background material.
