to Install:
drop VIETNAMSEA_MAP1 and VIETNAMSEA_MAP2 into Terrain/VietnamSEA folder
to Un-install:
Delete VIETNAMSEA_MAP1 and VIETNAMSEA_MAP2
included:
VIETNAMSEA_MAP1 (512x512)
VIETNAMSEA_MAP2 (1024x1024 with map overlay)
VIETNAMSEA_MAP2 geo (optional 1024x1024 w/o map)
