I install it and clicking on the button fly, immediately appeared a error message saying "Application failed to start because d3dx9_31.dll was not found. Reinstalling may fix the problem"

I try reinstalling but kept saying the same

What should I do?

You must have to search that dll file, download it and when you have it do this:

c:\\Program Files\Windows\System32 (here you put that .dll file)
