All Download files are missing

Good Evening,

When trying to download some mods, everything is missing and the download catagory is "offline".

Is this my side or server side?

Soon being relative. I'm still trying to recover our data, clawing back attachments that got thrown to the wind in the upgrade. Files are still moving in the background and I'll start on those as soon as I can. Subscriptions will be adjusted to reflect the missing time, yes even if they expire, from the date the files come back up. So if you had a weeks subscription and it had 2 days left on it when we went down for migration then you'll have two days coming when we officially go back up.

Oh and the files are NOT missing, I know exactly where they are.

Hi,  Im sure you are getting swamped with questions, so I apologize.   When I try to go on the site at home it tells me to go to command prompt and delete the DNS thing, but I still can't see this page with the forums. Does that have to do with my computer or something?  

Also, When I tried to log in here, it asks for an email which I no longer have access to. Do I need to Re-register?  My old user ID was krgf15. I went ahead I created another so I could log on. Its been a LOOOONG time since I originally registered.  Either way, I love this site and look forward to it being back up one way or another!!!

Do a force reset on your browser <CTRL> + F5

You don't need to have access to your old email you just need to know what it was. We used to log in with a username which is insecure. Whatever email address you used to create that username "krgf15" use that email like "*****@*****.tld" and the same password and the site will let you in. Then top right click your profile image and manage account settings > change email or whatever you need to do. That's pretty much it, new features give you access to manage all that.

Yes. You can manage deletions now as well. No more sending requests just deactivate and bounce.
