Read the first post. But TLDR you need two comments and wait for 15 days for two FREE downloads per day, or buy a subscription.

I didn't immediately understand the new download rules, as I'm not an English speaker. However, I now seem to understand them. I've been in SF since 2010. Have a nice day.
