Yes, it's the minimum requirement for downloads (now you just have to wait a month or so to get access). It's suggested and encouraged to mingle though, because there's more to CA than just a free download per day.

I mean I screw up sometimes, but it's the new generation man, just total ignorance everywhere. And on one Discord people are constantly asking how to install the mod when well... there's clear instructions on how to. And it's just something I gotta bite my tongue on sometimes, and not go off on them.

Great news! I was to about to give up because of how much i was struggling to get paypall working. I have only a debit, had to ask for a credit to a family member, then the bank wouldnt approve the payments because of gob regs (a troubled economy country with a lots of problems regarding the use of usd's, just now started to become normal and civilized about it, finally a normal place!)

Thanks a lot for your dedication to resolving this issue. I have been encountering this issue lately, even though I was fine initially when the website was upgraded. It appears that the only way to download from this website is to purchase a membership. Is that correct?
