Beautiful! My hats go off to Crisis and DO and anyone else who helped who put this beautiful bird together. You are to be commended most highly!!! :)

 

Only one problem I see and that will continue to be a problem for the foreseeable future. There is in the package an updated weapondata.ini and weapondata.dat file for use with this plane.

 

However, there is a modified weapondata.ini and .dat file for the MiG-17PFU as well. (as well as a soundlist.ini file already modified by the A-1H Skyraider)

 

My question is: Will there be a constant need to make backups and restore these files everytime I or anyone wants to switch a plane?

 

As planes and new weapons roll out of the "factories"... this will be an ever increasing problem and it will become frustrating as time goes on... all this switching...

 

Are there any plans for developers to get together and make some combined packages that anyone knows of?

the soundlist.ini takes into effect for the skyraider.

 

also a proploop1.wav is in the pack for the skyraider.

 

cause post patch wavs have a higher bitrate then pre patch wavs.

 

and the next skyraider update will be aways away if i dont get over this flu bug..

I don't hear the prop or engine sounds for either of these planes.

 

I moved the sounds into the correct folder and have tried the soundlist.ini in the flight, sounds, objects and even the aircraft folder

- no joy.

 

I have tried each channel setting and reverse-stereo - no joy.

 

I have a Soundblaster x-gamer 5.1 card and it works fine with all other planes.

 

Where am i screwingup?

roger the mission was completed but not without damage to the craft was able to land with miniable problems
