Belgian Roundels

I think I saw this topic before, but couldn't find it. Just downloaded USAFMTL's mirage 5. The Belgian roundels have a blue edge around them. I couldn't figure out what caused this. Any help would be appreciated.

It's only because belgian roundels have that blue outline in reality

 

It appeared to show the planes are air force owned as opposed to Army operated helicopters (and some utility planes)

 

Mirage, Starfighters, F-84F, F-16 Alpha jets, Sea King helicopters (part of air force), C-130...all show that blue outline

 

And it wasn't USAFMTL's....it's a Mirage Factory production

 

A new ECM equipped variant (as used for the second half of the operational carreer) will be released too, with the wrap around camouflage scheme.
