Fubar512 1,350 Posted June 9, 2009 A dragger ( a type of trawler ), managed to find a WWII vintage mine off the NJ coast about 15 years ago. The fools were bringing it in, and realized that they should call the Coast Guard just as they were transiting Manasquan inlet. The Coat Guard halted them, and subsequently closed Mamasquan inlet to all traffic, until an OD team arrived.
