column5 63 Posted June 10, 2009 When can I buy one? http://www.military.com/news/article/fligh...397&wh=news
ChrisBV 30 Posted June 10, 2009 Oh, my dear Lord... that is a flight sim! I guess you could buy one, providing you have a military budget at your disposal. Nine projectors, 120 computers? And the same software operational in an actual F-16? Sure that doesn't come cheap! Best guess is that the cost of one such flight simulators could be up to a third of the cost of one actual F-16 so if you have like 20 million dollars to spare and the right connections, sure, you could buy one! column5 63 Posted June 10, 2009 Well, I will make a deal with them: I'll "acquire" the projectors and PCs, all they have to do is provide the software!

+ST0RM 145 Posted June 11, 2009 now THAT would be a man-cave! I'd be divorced within a week. The sense of speed down low was incredible.
+Stary 2,427 Posted June 11, 2009 No thanks, I'll wait for the Dx11 version with trees... (searching for his jaw under desk) This video was too short! I want more! I'd need an abandoned factory to house those 120 stations.
MaverickMike 10 Posted June 11, 2009 Holy crap. What a machine. I want one. Wonder what they would give me in a trade for my old rig!?!?
