+Olham Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Looking incredibly true, Stumpjumper. Now, what would happen, if a craft got hit? Would it be like normal Flak, or would it rather catch fire?
Vasco Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 I think it should be this: name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="505"></embed></object>"> name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="505"></embed></object>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"> Vasco

Herr Prop-Wasche Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 (edited) As someone named Neo once said, "Whoa!" I do worry about the effect on frame rates, though. Edited August 17, 2009 by Herr Prop-Wasche
Fliegenhund Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Very cool! Imagine that hitting your kite, oomph!

OvS stumpjumper, is that coming up from the ground like a tracer Sir? If so, you may have found the last bit needed for the full effect. Reports of the day compared the look of the firey balls rising up to that of a Roman Candle...pretty and scary at the same time. Thanks again for all your time and effort on this. Cheers! Lou why lou's thread led me to this
Red-Dog Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Bring em on stumpjumper, Did both sides have them? They look amazing and deadly.
Rickitycrate Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Seems like a terror to fly through but the guys did it IRL. Good work I say. I would not want to see it all the time but maybe around balloon defence. Which I think would be historical. Can you imagine at dusk and/or dawn how this looks?
shredward Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Bring em on stumpjumper, Did both sides have them? They look amazing and deadly. Nope, that was something that one only got to see east of the lines, usually around balloon installations. Cheers, shredward

Guest British_eh Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Great Job Stumper! And I see you survived alll 2 minutes, but did the pilot get home? Absolute terror for the pilot I would think, and not something they would want to repeat? Was in isolated area's? Cheers, British_eh
