Mod ODS for woe oct 08

Hi every1,

I've download the ODS mod for WoE, but I've found many troubles.

Many airplane has got a strange multicoloured skin...(the rudder is pink or yellow the wings are green or blue), cockpit too have strange issue, the HUD (as well as having a double-glazed) it seems altered with strange green squares...or it is complitely grey or black...I'm not understanding anything more..what the hell is going on?

 

Time ago when I had WoV, i've flown with the SAME airplane but these things doesn't verified...

That is your computer not having enough horse power to run the mod with the settings on high or unlimited.

wow, it seems something is messed up with your video card.

have u tried to d/l again? it maybe came corrupt.

Nah looks more like graphics card rather than corrupt download.

....mmh i always play with low setting, this is strange example: in the stock a-10 WOE the hud is good in the hags pack the hud of the modern version it is grey.......myvideo card doesn't have pixel shader's support and it is old and stupid 64mb....is for this reason that it doesn't work good? Stupid notebook!

Yes a 64 MB vid card won't cut it for ODS.

..mh I have got an idea! If I resize to 640x480 each skin will it works????

Nothing to do....but i've seen in download section the ODS patch 1....this patch will help me? Perhaps it can resolves some bugs...for real?

resize em just so as they are.

for example 1024x1024 resize to: 512x512!!!

otherwise, you strech the bitmaps and it will look strange´n ugly.

nearly all bitmaps are square!

and yes try the patch.

But I think your video card isn´t made for ODS...

well, in most of cases when i have 2048x2048 textures or 1024x1024 i resize it to 512x512 and left only my favourite planes in the install, at least here it helps to get some little fps

@soufreak:i've just tried to resize 'em to 512x512 but it wasn't worth it...now i know what is the problem (my stupid VC)
