What about the avionices are there any references for it?

yes. and I have them

Ed, I have some 'ideas' about the FM. Also, I've collected all the stuff to start skinning and decaling. (well, to start making the decals, at any rate). Whenever you're ready, I'll drop what I'm doing (damn Tunisia map is making me crosseyed) and get too it

Ed, you should be able to attach via a pm, now that the board software seems to have stabalized, so I'm ready to start when you are!

I've a hard time seeing how that can be over 40.000 triangles as it doesn't look that highly detailed. Can you post wires please?

Well it does look like 5-6000 poly mesh to me. Do you have lots of sides for the cylinders that form the landing gear and such stuff?

Why so many sides? I bet you can save several thousands of polys by just making all those parts 8 sides instead of 18 or whatever it is you're using now. Also the wheels seem to have objects inside them that aren't doing anything?

I have some nosearts for this plane.

Well, I've got about 40 historical, matched to serial numbers. You got some new ones, I'll be very glad to take them :) Any help is ALWAYS appriciated!

Of course, I'll probably also be re-using some of my 'stock' nose arts (as folks have come to expect...). Just to fill in the blanks, doncha know!?
