nabele68 Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 That's great. Nice to see people had a sense of humor. On a serious note though, I had heard that the F-105 from a head on angle had a very low RCS, and this was a contributing factor to the ideal behind the future Stealth Fighter program. Any confirmation of this? Quote

Any confirmation of this? The F-105 had a frontal RCS factor of 0.70-0.75, making it appear roughly the size of an A-4. The early (non-spined) MiG-21 had a frontal RCS factor of 0.77, making it appear about the size of Cessna. Quote
vanir Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 My unreliable ISP has been getting me down with a very unreliable connection and this gave me a very nice laugh to lighten things up. Thank you!! :) Quote
