New F-23A inbound soon

Just thought I'd give you all an update on the work I've been doing lately.

 

The attached screenshot shows some of the updates I've made to my F-23A model, but here is a list:

 

Upgraded to SF2 standards

New hangar and loadout screens

New skin and decals

Changed/smoothed/cleaned up over 60% of the original 3d model

Added:

New weapons bays (Max internal load 3xAIM9 & 8xAIM120 or 3xAIM9,4xAIM120 & 10xGBU39/40SDBs or 3xAIM9,4xAIM120 & 2xMk83 size bombs)

Nozzles are animated

Animated hook

Updated the original cockpit skins and MFD screens and included visible pilot legs.

 

ETA...less than two weeks.

Great news! Especially new weaponbays because in existing model there are some problems with good loadouts! Can't wait!!!

Having just read the article in S:A&S mag about that FB-23 concept that Northrop found for sale on ebay, I've got the bug to fly this one again and can't wait to put it in my SF2 load!

That's great news. Call me crazy but I always liked the looks of YF-23 better than YF-22

The YF-22 was an ugly bird, no doubt about it. The F-22A fortunately has vastly improved those lines! The YF-23 though did have the edge even over that.
