GodsLt Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 hey guys! I have a slight problem...every time I use the M53AB and other afterburner effects, the cockpit lights up. Now that's some pretty eye candy right there...but it impacts my framerates a little too much. Is there any way to eliminate this glow from inside the cockpit. Same for flares! thanks

Same for flares! thanks What settings are your effects on - you may need to tone down something.
+Stary Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 the only way would be to edit the burner effect file and tune down or disable the light emission. Better way in your case would be swiching off cockpit reflections (if you do use them) as these take some frames and do somewhat glow when your burners are on
