JediMaster 451 Posted October 27, 2011 He came in REAL hot with too much descent fpm and the exhausts were full aft. Normally they slow way down and angle those things like 45 degrees down for a short landing. I don't know what the failure was because the gear and flaps were down as normal, so I wouldn't guess it was hydraulic failure. Perhaps some engine-related problem where the throttle was stuck?
