Hauksbee Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 On one of my rare visits to to my profile page, I noticed that we have a 'reputation' rating. How does that work? How do we get rated? 2
Shiloh Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 I believe one can click on the +/- symbols on the lower right to vote a post up or down and that affects our reputation.
+Olham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Aaaahhh - that's what those signs are there for! Do I also have a reputation? Must go and check it out! 2
Shiloh Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 If you click on the little green arrow next to your name on a post it will list your reputation. Olham has a very impressive 27 and deservedly so.
+Olham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 What you guys all find out! Geeze, I didn't know that! I'm famous!!!

Hauksbee Posted December 20, 2011 Author Posted December 20, 2011 It's makes one wonder what Uncle Al's numbers were just before the end.
UK_Widowmaker Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I wish I had as good a rating in real life!
+Olham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Thanks, Hauksbee! Carrick, perhaps it's only, cause you are not the wordy type. Wow, Widow, you beat my fame by several lengths!!
UK_Widowmaker Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Probably because I 'put it about' in the Pub too Olham
+Olham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Probably cause you deserve it, mate! But surely, some PUBlicity would help.
Capitaine Vengeur Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I wish I had as good a rating in real life! Aah, the reassuring anonymity of the Internet... On combatace, one's reputation might be: "Elite Member - Reputation: 45 - Excellent - 36 friends", while in real-life corner, it could rather sound: "Still this ugly bastard staring at my daughter! And yet, he's not drunk this morning!"
Von Paulus Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 (edited) It's makes one wonder what Uncle Al's numbers were just before the end. They were always red. But only a few people uses the reputation scale, so it doesn't mean a thing. I'm sure that Olham, deserves every point he has. Edited December 20, 2011 by Von Paulus
+Olham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 I guess most people didn't know - like me - that they could click on that plus sign, if they liked a post.
almccoyjr Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Mines a -3 I wonder if that is good ? My guess is since it's in the negative, you won't be taxed. I'm a 5. I'll be looking for a 1099 sometime in January. plug_nickel 1

carrick58 Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 This is sad. Olham rating is higher then my credit rating
Flyby PC Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Reputation and credit rating? Gulp. I gave up looking at those a long time ago. They just made me cry. I've now dedicated my life to being very opposite thing to a Bank.
UK_Widowmaker Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 It's all bollocks at the end of the day!...we are who we are!...if they don't like it...they can go f*** themselves!..hahahahahaha
+Olham Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 This is sad. Olham rating is higher then my credit rating  Higher than my credit rating too, Carrick - indeed!
