+Gepard 11,356 Posted March 10, 2012 Its easy to hang a missile on a rail. But this must not mean, that the Tomcat can fire this missile.
+Typhoid 231 Posted March 10, 2012 I'm sure they can fire it. They are not idiots over there. deranged, homicidal maniacs perhaps, but not idiots.

+ghostrider883 526 Posted March 11, 2012 The Indian AF had tried integrating the R-27 to the Mirage 2000H and weren't successful. May be its just for display and make people scratch theri heads how Iran was able to do it. How are they going to integrate the R-27's guidance to the Tomcat's radar? exhausted 55 Posted March 11, 2012 Another sign of desperation. What's wrong Khameni? Out of Sparrow batteries now?
Wraith27 6 Posted March 11, 2012 Integrate Hawk with Tomcat's radar was difficult and the results wasn't satisfactory. Integrate Russian missile must be more difficult or even impossible. It looks that they have problem with missiles for Tomcat's. First with Phoenix, now with Sparrows ( but who knows when this picture was taken ) - only Sidewinders are available.
