May I suggest a better title for your thread? "SF2 WOE" hints at you want something regarding SF2: Europe, but what you really want - one has to check the undertitle - is a F-4M Repaint.

Sundowner's excellent F-4B templates allow you to make anything you want for the F-4M you just need to 'import' the Spey nozzles from the Third Wire bitmap (resized to 2048²) and the RWR (if applicable).

 

Leaving reality behind I I've got two Spey-engined F-4's in USAF and USN/USMC markings somewhere in the 'what if' section (type spey into downloads is the quickest way to find them).
