+strahi Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 I have a problem when buying a "Strike Fighters 2 DLC (Downloadable Content) Store" on Amazon.com, "TW" says he solved the problem, but apparently not, I'm trying to buy SF2 DLC007 Mirage 5BA, and I always get the message "Your Transaction has Failed ". Does any of you have a similar problem, I sent a message to support@thirdwire.com, but still no response, I am desperate! 1 2 Quote

Gunrunner Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Just a wild guess, have you used your credit card on other international sites, sometimes banks have international payments as an option, and if it's not activated on your card, the payment processor used by Amazon will reject the transaction as it originates from a foreign country. Your bank might be the one with the answer. Quote
+strahi Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 (edited) I use this card for the first time, I checked, it can be used to purchase the entire world, http://www.bancainte...ate.aspx?Id=523 Amazon.com sent me a message, We're sorry, but your Jun 23, 2012 payment to Third Wire Productions, Inc. of $5.99 has failed. Dont know what is wrong, I sent a message to them (Amazon) and I still did not answer, I contacted the Third Wire Productions and they have responded Thank you for contacting us and reporting the problem. We don't get the details of the transactions, so we don't know why your payment has failed, you can try contacting Amazon.com for better answers. But in general, make sure you have sufficent funds availble, and your card info stored on Amazon.com are all correct and updated (exp date, zip code, etc). I checked everything (exp date, zip code, etc.) and still nothing! Edited June 24, 2012 by strahi 1 Quote

Weird... another hypothesis, in some countries, you can't use a card for store/internet purchases if you haven't "activated" it by using it in an ATM first, maybe you have a similar arbitrary rule you weren't aware of. +JediMaster Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 I've had zero problems using Amazon payments for TW stuff. Ever since he started offering that I've done it instead of Paypal. I'm sure the problem is buried within the international transactions stuff, but I've no idea what it is. I'm surprised Amazon hasn't responded yet, though. Maybe try sending another email to a different address there? Quote
