I´m willing to add another carrier group to the North Atlantic Scenario, and America Battle Group seems the best option history wise. Can anybody share info on the composition of the air wing, surface escorts and other information regarding its participation in Northern Sabre?

So far all i know is she had not been fitted with SeaSparrows instead of Terriers (pretty convenient since the stock model represents that configuration) and that one of his Tomcat squadrons was VF-213

Update, sister tomcat squadron was VF-114 at the time

edit: on the gonavy page, when you reach the America, there's a whitish-box that says "BuNum". Lists the modx and BuNum for the aircraft in each squadron -now THAT's cool!!!

It's a shame that this info isn't available for all cruises and not always complete (see Vietnam era), but otherwise it's indeed a great source.
