No, there is a british system, if i remember correctly. Its shoulder launched. It departed into 3 intependend "darts" after launch.

But i have forgotten the name. Perhaps Javelin or so.

And, no, there is no way to have a MIRV SAM in the TW series...at least, not in the conventional sense. However, a StarStreak could be possible...it would take some investigation.
