although there's not much for cargo birds to do in game, except get shot down.

Hey Wrench, add STRIKE to your cargo birds and drop paratroopers at night into heavily defended enemy territory. With escort jammers and fighter cover, not to mention SEAD assets SAM hunting, it can be pretty fun! That is what I do with Del's C-130.

 

C-130 rollin down the strip...... AIRBORNE daddy gonna take a little trip........ Stand up hook up shuffle to the door.......
