+Gepard 11,336 Posted January 4, 2014 One person dead, two heavily wounded, 11 light injured. Happend during recycling of rubble. Cause is unkown. But it is said, that it could have been a so called "Luftmine" blockbuster bomb. The shockwave was astonishing high. It could also be a long time delay bomb which was inactive and became active after building demolation. I think it will happen again and again in the near future, because there are still a lot of unexploded boms of last WW in the soil.
KJakker 909 Posted January 4, 2014 I remember seeing a couple of news stories about unexploded WWII bombs. This one was from last year. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19400974
JediMaster 451 Posted January 6, 2014 We even have them here. A practice range from WWII was turned into living space decades later, and as a result unexploded bombs are found from time to time. One was near a school IIRC.
