Why Can't I upload to the site?

Hey everyone, First post (I think), been playing SF2 a while, and I learned to make skins... but your site won't let me upload them. What do I need to do to be able to? They're really good skins I think people would like.

What kind of error if any are you getting?

Where are you trying to upload the file too? Did you navigate through to the proper category via the main upload menu?

Sometimes if you try an upload straight from the selected category in the download page it can not work.
