Single skins

have we the power to make an a\c   only use 1 skin once at any time....say ive got a   and theres only ever been one painted like it...can we stop other a\c in the same flight using the said skin.?

only in the dropdowns afaik.........  if you make the markings as tga you could tie it into level 2  the serials and have the rest be regular.  but skins stay the same i do believe w/o changeing in hte menu.
