last time I saw one of those, it was being flown by Jack Hawkins in a 1950s movie...

Nice plane. I was inside one of them in Argentina.

My father's first flight was aboard one Bristol Freighter when he was in the Argentine Army in the early 60s.

I like that plane :-)

Cool. The cfs 2 version is nice with the cargo doors open and close. Kinda heavy to fly. what year did you go in one at argentina?

I was inside the plane at the National Air Museum in Buenos Aires in 1987.

Last year I was again in the museum and the plane is still there, but now it is not possible to see it inside. The front door is closed.
