Air Refueling?

Are we any closer to having the capability to take on fuel in the SF2 series? The air refueling pic's are great but have the 'guru's' gotten any closer to cracking the code or implementing an ini cheat or something?.......................Sure would be a cool/realistic mod/tweek.

There was one guy called mlracing that hacked the code, but AFAIK some guys acused him of doing something illegal so he banished on SimHq and then nothing. The funny thing is that TK stated that he does not give a damn about what we do with the game code, but we cannot share payware things.
