actually, you can't. you can modifiy or tweek the existing ones. other than that you're stuck with what TK used.

Lemme rephrase. I downloaded these shaders and I'm not sure where to put the files.

Those shaders are nothing new. Those are stock files extracted from the game's .CAT archives. You do not need to install anything.
