Major Bloodnok Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Does anybody know the NodeName of the clock in the Meteor cockpit. I have been trying to place a Radar repeater in the cockpit for the NF11, instead of the clock. I have tried: [RadarScope] Type=RADAR_SCOPE NodeName=Clock And other name combinations, such as Gauge_clock, CLOCK_METEOR8(same name as the bitmap for the gauge), but still no luck.
+dtmdragon Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Use mules lod viewer in the downloads section
+russouk2004 Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 in NF12 its painted on only hands are named...you mean stock F8 ?
Major Bloodnok Posted August 12, 2019 Author Posted August 12, 2019 The M8 stock cockpit LOD is locked, so cannot be accessed in Mue's tool, unfortunately.

+russouk2004 Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 all you can do is repaint clock bmp...and u can maybe have model made of your instrument and add as fake pilot..?...dont know..
mue Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 (edited) With a little trick you can view ALL lods contained in the cats: Create a fakeaircraft.ini that contains the following lines: [LOD001] Filename=Meteor8_pit.lod <--- insert lod file name here By opening this fake aircraft ini the LODViewer shows the referenced lod. The meteor clock node name is "face_clock": Edited August 12, 2019 by mue fakeaircraft.ini instead of fakeaircraftdata.ini 4
Major Bloodnok Posted August 12, 2019 Author Posted August 12, 2019 Brilliant! Thanks Mue, it worked great. 1

penaratahiti Posted May 11, 2020 Posted May 11, 2020 Hello! How did you removed the lod of the needles ? I have them on top of my radar scope, position 12 o'clock, so the scope is merely useless. Thanks! On 12/08/2019 at 1:18 PM, Major Bloodnok said: Brilliant! Thanks Mue, it worked great.
Major Bloodnok Posted May 11, 2020 Author Posted May 11, 2020 Here are the files to do this: The ini files go in the aircraft's folder and the bmp goes in the cockpit folder. MeteorNF11_COCKPIT.INI Meteor_NF11_AVIONICS.INI RadarScreen.bmp 1
