No. I think not. The coastline alone would be a nightmare to create.

This scenario reminds me the old Microprose sims like F-19, F-117, F-15, etc... This was a common map in those sims. The Russian/Soviet backyard.

Yes! I remember flying many missions in the F-19 to toss-bomb FAEs into the sub pens at Severomorsk back in the day.
