I have X-Plane 7 and 8 but for me this sim is different from FS series. Bad: First the setting: I get mad to try to configure my Sidewinder and controls. Second the sound effect: compared to FS the sounds are poor (engines), sorry but i love that noise. Third the model detail: I think lower than FS. Good: 1st. : Weather effects and light effects. 2nd. : The flight model is better than FS because the sim use the 3D shape for the dynamics. Try it anyway. Alex

I think no. I've seen for real the F-104G (static) and F-104S and i can confirm that the stock TW F-104G have a too high nose gear. But I've seen photos of the earlier F-104A/C and they have the nose gear a bit higher than the G model maybe for the reason of carring the AIR-2 Genie with that complex sistem for the release.

Yes, but I think the UH-1B by Pasco was freeware. In the screenshot it was showed with rocket pods and M60s but was released without them Why Pasco, Why???

A dire il vero anche il sottoscritto aveva pensato a una versione imbarcata del 104 ma in maniera diversa. Trasformandolo in un velivolo V/STOL come fecero negli anni 60 con due prototipi chiaramente ispirati al 104 ovvero il Bell XF-109 e il EWR VJ 101. Purtroppo ho già provato tempo fa a chiedere sul forum come realizzare dei razzi JATO sganciabili ma è stato detto che non è possibile . Sembra che l'unica soluzione sia a mio avviso quella adottata sul MirageIIICi o sul nuovo NF-104A anche se poco realistica per i JATO/RATO. Alex

Bè Canadair io ho un laptop ASUS Z92J (950 euro) del 2006 e con la serie di SFP1 & co. gira bene. L' unico neo è che le skin le devo smagrire dai rispettivi 2048 x 2048 (12MB) o 1024 x 1024 (3MB) allo standard degli aerei di base e quindi alla risoluzione di 512 x 512 (768KB). Ma tanto quasi non si nota . Alex

In genere sia col 104 che con il thud se devo proprio abbattere dei MIG preferisco attirarli a bassa quota e a usare la superiore velocità per seminarli e seccarli. Funziona quasi sempre anche se certe volte si tira alla lunga. P.S. Adoro il volo veloce pancia a terra. (maleddetti ZSU-23-4) Alex
