The gunsight/designator showing outside the HUD glass and onto the panel cannot be solved by changing options. That problem appeared with the september 2008 patch for SF1 and went on with the SF2 series. For me that's THE BIG FLAW. At that time I read somewhere that it was NOT a "bug" but was intended for people using the "no cockpit " view ( Who flies without cockpit ???) and that TK did not want to change it. Pictures I posted on a french forum in Sept. 2008. Before and after the Sept08 patch.

I complained here about the effect of "wall" stopping the wingmen when reaching their leader level, it's gone with the october patch. They now are regrouping much more smoothly. Good thing !

That's exactly what I said, I don't care about having thousands little cubes in the countryside. But my wingman moving like an UFO by my side, a flightsimulator98 sky over my head and my A-10 nose pumped toward the sky on take-off are things I do really notice from the cockpit.

Does someone here really enjoys having to push the stick full forward when taking off to prevent the nose wheel of his A-10 or F-15 to climb 5 feet above the ground at 70kts in the patched WOE ?

I love this game. That's why i feel a little disappointed by some features of the september patch applied to WOE (I probably won't apply it to WOV) : This terrible BLUE sky (I hated it in WOI but thought it was to render a "middle east clear sky") which makes WOE look like a 1980 flight sim. This Invisible WALL stopping my wingman when he reaches my level. This new cockpit view with this "nose onto the gunsight" feeling. And most of all for which REAL graphical improvement did i loose 10 fps ?

All files are modified stock WOV files except "F-4S_6" which is part of the F-4S skin by Sundowner used as a template.
