  1. SF2 MiG-21F-13 Algerian Air Force Skin Pack

SF2 MiG-21F-13 Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                                                            8/22/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
This is a new(ish) skin for the stock 3W MiG-21F-13 "Fishbed-C", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1965 thru the early 1980s. This skin is named the same as the stock "QJJSilver1", but replaces it with all new correct serial number decals. I've =not= included any of the bits to make it flyable, but if you have, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin, even though this does replace the stock one. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. All 24 Serial numbers are 100% historically correct. However, while all the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in. So, I've assigned them to a QJJ squadron that DID use the Fishbed-C. The SF2 'date switch' is used to create the "start date" for when Algeria received their MiG-21F-13s (btw, it's 1965).
When on the Loadout Page, instead of the Generic "QJJSilver1" name, you'll see
    11e Escadron de Chasse (Algeria)
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "RedAir1". For those of us with older eyes, I've given you brightly (re)painted gunsight tgas for the cockpit. The canopy is also activated, it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). What I have NOT given you, are the bits and bobs necessary to make it Player Flyable (tm). If you haven't done this, you'll have to root around for the needed cockpit in the CA downloads.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE read them, before installing!!! Also, the Notes section has more details on the changes. Also in the Notes, is a list of "Coming Attractions" (you knows, WIPs)

  2. SF2 F-16AM Falcon, Portugal (TMF) Pack

    SF2 F-16AM Falcon, Portugal (TMF) Pack                                                                   8/21/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a rebuild of a mod from 2011(ish) of The Mirage Factory's F-16A  to the represent the F-16AM versions as used by the Portuguese Air Force Squadrons  No. 201 "Falcons" and  No. 302 "Jaguars". Each squadron has 2 skins; standard full color, and low visibility markings. The SF2 date switch is active, turning on in 2000 (best guess)
This mod is set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with any of the other TMF F-16As buzzing around, as this carries a unique name (see below). Skins remain in their original bmp format, in their original size and resolution (1024x). All markings are decals. Decal Randomization is TRUE. Each skin is provided with 18 historically correct serial number decals.  The necessary items provided are drop tanks and pilot seat, the TMF F-16 Effects and Sounds. I've not supplied any other weapons; you should have the needed ones from the various Weapons Packs available at CA . If I missed anything, PLEASE let me know and I'll try to get it fixed.

The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The refueling door opens/closes with the Shift/1 (one) keystroke.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    F-16AM FAP (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. The original readme is included. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  3. SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre, EDA (Spain) Skin Pack

    SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre, EDA Skin Pack       8/2/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
This is a NEW skin for the F-86F-40 Sabre. This is a something of a "salvage operation", as I found this skin/decal set in my archives. It was originally done in 2012, but for reason unremembered, never released!
This set represents Spanish Air Force (Ejército del Aire y del Espacio) Sabres of 1 Ala from approx. 1958, when they started receiving the Sabre. You get 18 historically accurate decals; accurate in the fact they served in the EDA, but I was unable to associate them to a specific squadron or wing. So, consider them to be 'generic' in nature. Please note, the fuselage numbers are the early presentation as when first delivered. The skin is in jpg format, and decal randomization is TRUE. The SF2 date switch is NOT used, however the "startdefaultdate=" is set to 1958. Hopefully it works as advertised.
On the skin selection menu, on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    1 Ala, 12 Esc
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. As always, give the "Notes" section a quick read for any and all nonsensical ramblings. A small request for information is also down there. :)

  4. SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre, Portuguese Air Force Skin Pack

SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre, Portuguese Air Force Skin Pack       8/7/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
This is a NEW skin for the F-86F-40 Sabre. It is designed to be used on the SF2 F-86F-40 pack available here at CA.
This set represents Portuguese Air Force (Forca Aerea Portuguesa) # 51 Squadron (later renumbered to 201) in approx. 1958, when they started receiving their Sabres. You get 24 historically accurate decals; all have been positively identified as having served in 51/201 Squadron (excepting the very last 2; they're generics). The skin is in jpg format, and decal randomization is TRUE. All markings are decals, excepting the painted squadron color bands on the wingtips, stab tips, and vert fin. The SF2 date switch is NOT used, however the "startdefaultdate=" is set to 1958. Hopefully it works as advertised.
On the skin selection menu, on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    Esq 51 (201) Falcons

  5. SF2 A-7P Corsair II (TMF) FAP Pack

SF2 A-7P Corsair II (TMF) FAP Pack                                                                   8/4/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a rebuild of TMF's A-7A Corsair II to the A-7P versions as used by the Portuguese Air Force's No. 302 Squadron "Falcons". This, like the Real Life (tm) version, uses the "A" body upgraded with "E" bits. This includes the cockpit and avionics. That is to say, I've (re)used the TMF A-7E cockpit and avionics for this mod. If, for whatever reason, you dislike the TMF cockpit, I've provided the inis and instructions herein to switch over to the stock 3W A-7E_78 cockpit and avionics inis. So, you'll need whichever SF2 game version gave us the A-7E_78 (disremember which one)
This mod is set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with the 3rdWire DLC A-7P, as this carries a unique name (see below). Skins remain in their original bmp format, in their original size and resolution. All markings are decals. Decal Randomization is TRUE. The skin is provided with 18 historically correct serial number decals.  The necessary items provided are drop tanks and pilot seat. Weapons used are all stock in-game items. If I missed anything, PLEASE let me know and I'll try to get it fixed.

The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The wing fold is operated by Shift/9 (nine). The refueling probe operates with the Shift/3 (three) keystroke.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    A-7P Corsair II (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is. This will also differentialize THIS one from the Third Wire DLC, if you happen to have it.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. The original readme is included. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  6. Simmers Paint Shop Color Chips

Simmers Paint Shop Color Chips                 6/29/2025
With the loss of Simmers Paint Shop, a lot of fantastic information has been lost forever for those texture artists that like the ability to fully match the proper colors for any and (mostly) all eras and countries.
Listed are not only the color chips, the the R/G/B and Hex values to (re)create them in your own image manipulation programs (GIMP, Photoshop, Paint.net, etc) These are given the US Federal Standard, and for Luftwaffe, the RLM converted to FS coding.
I don't remember when I found these, but here they are. Included are the original png format images, and I've converted them to jpgs for easier viewing with various and sundry programs.
Be advised, the images are QUITE large, so you'll need to zoom in on them.
    Included herein are chips for:
    Japan - IJN, IJAAF, JASDF
    Germany - Luftwaffe RLM/RAL
    UK - RAF British Standard
    Russia/Soviet Union - VVS colorlist
USA - USAF, USN, US Army
I hope you enjoy these, and make good use of them!!! Even though I uploaded to the SF2 category, these are usefull for any and all games or what-have-yous that you'd like to use them for!! :)

  7. SF2 North Cape Terrain Revamp (v.2)

SF2 North Cape Terrain Revamp            5/15/23
== For SF2, any and all, but designed with SF2:E in mind ==
*Please note, if you have the original, I suggest backing it up, simply for safety's sake. It will also archive it, for historical purposes.*
This is a revamp of the North Cape terrain by Baltika. It has gone through a somewhat large rebuild, mostly to clean up and add "eye candy" to the airports and some of the other military targets. It still remains in the single 'winter' season. Ports have been upgraded with buildings, docked ships and other martime goodies. The movement ini has also been modified, with additional and/or re-routed routes. It should be noted, this is =NOT= a NavalMap, so don't expect any carrier action. Limited Nations is also "TRUE", using the Usual Suspects (tm).
I've supplied a great number of GroundObjects, but you'll want to double check them after unzipping, to make sure you have everything before installing. Meaning: not everything has been supplied. Ground defenses (AAA & SAMs) use the generic tags (SAMLauncher, SAMRadar, etc), so there should be no problems with the GameEngine (tm) using what's in you Mods Folders.
As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE READ THEM!!!

  8. SF2 Sukhoi Su-7BMK Indian Air Force Pack (3W)

    SF2 Sukhoi Su-7BMK Indian Air Force Pack (3W)      1/8/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
The pack contains 4 remade skins for the stock 3rd Wire Su-7BMK "Fitter-A" fighter-bomber as used by the Indian Air Force. It also includes Stary's cockpit, modified data, loadout and avionics inis. The aircraft is now Player Flyable (tm) As is to be expected on stock normally AI-only aircraft, a quick restore main ini is also included. It should also be stated, the 'game using' Main Ini, has been rendered "Read-Only", so as not to loose it's Player Flyable (tm) status. The included "make if flyable" parts can be used on any of the other Su-7s in the Game's Hangar. An SF2 version of my "box art" hangar screen is also included. The canopy opens/closes with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
The Indian Air Force squadrons represented herein are:
    No. 32 Sqdn "Thunderbirds"(Blu/Tan/Brn-71)
    No. 101 Sqdn "Falcons" (NMF)
    No. 221 Sqdn "Valiants" (Brn/Grn Camo -74)
    No. 222 Sqdn "Tigersharks"(Blu/Grn/Brn <71)
The SF2 "date switch" is active, and will turn on the various skins on the year indicated above. 101 Sqdn, being NMF is the 'start at the beginning skin'. All markings are decals, with the exception of the national markings on #32 Squadron. All serial numbers (86 - all I could find) are 100% historically correct for this mark Fitter. Decal Randomization is TRUE. Unfortunately, I could not match serials with squadrons, so these serials are done "3rd Wire Style (tm)", being pooled for use on all 4 skins.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. The Change Log List is also in the Notes section. Where possible, I've included the original 1stGen readmes for historical credits.

  9. SF2 CAC CA-27 Avon Sabre: AURI & TNIAU Skin Pack

SF2 CAC CA-27 Avon Sabre: AURI & TNIAU Skin Pack       1/2/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
This package contains 3 new skins/decals sets for the CAC CA-27 "Avon Sabre". After an almost 12 year delay, I'm finally completing a promise made in 2012. These skins are to be used on Zur's RAAF Sabre (version 2) found at the following URL:
    https://combatace.com/files/file/11593-raaf-cac-sabre-mk32-version-2/
If you don't have it, now's a good time to get it!!! <gr>
This package adds the Indonesian Air Force and two (2) Malaysian Air Force skins. Textures are in jpg format, and all markings are decals. All serial numbers are 100% historically accurate for both countries. Decal randomization is TRUE for both. Also included are tweeked decal inis for the two RAAF skins, activating their displayed Squardron Name via my (patent pending) fake "SqTail" decal. The SF2 date switch is active for the RMAF skins; you'll start with the NMF and in approx 1974, will switch to the OD camo skin. On the Skin Selection drop down you'll see them listed as:
    No.14 SKU,TNI-AU (<73)
    No.11 Sqdn, RMAF (<68)
    No.11 Sqdn, RMAF Camo (<74)
New(ish) Data, loadout and userlists inis are also included, due to some small changes I'd made in all of them.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. The Change Log List is also in the Notes section.

  10. SF2 CAC CA-28 Sabre "What If" Skin & Ini Tweeks Pack

SF2 CAC CA-28 Sabre "What If" Skin & Ini Tweeks Pack       12/14/2024
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
Herein you'll find 2 new skins for Yakarov's CA-28 'Sabre Dingo' What If aircraft. If you don't already have it, you can find the aircrft at the following URL:
    https://combatace.com/files/file/18369-what-if-raaf-ca-28-sabre-dingo/
Historically, the Real World (tm) CA-27 Sabres were exported to the Indonesia Air Force (TNIAU) and the Royal Malasian Air Force (AURI). Following that logic, this is what this package does.
On the skin selection menu, on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    No.14 Sqdn TNIAU
    Royal Malaysian Air Force
(unlike the CA-27 "Avon" Sabre, the RMAF units here are NOT repainted from NMF to OD camo. Both aircraft remain in Natural Metal Finish. No squadron was assigned for the RMAF aircraft)
The SF2 'date switch' is active, even though these skins have a 1978 (Indonesia) and 1968 (RMAF) start dates. These are also defined in the new userlist ini.
The skins are in jpg format, all markings are decals. Decal Randomization is "TRUE". Both aircraft's serial number presentation follows historic Real World (tm) style. TNIAU gets 16 aircraft, and RMAF gets only 8. The number sequence is extrapolated from the existing Real World (tm) serials. Several other small changes have been made to various other items, and they're listed in the Change Log.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. The Change Log List is also in the Notes section.

  11. SF2 F-86F Sabre, 461st FDS, USAFE Skin Pack

    SF2 F-86F Sabre, 461st FDS, USAFE Skin Pack       11/27/2024
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
This is a NEW (well, rebuilt) skin for the F-86F-40 Sabre. It is designed to be used on the SF2 F-86F-40 pack available here at CA. As this unit served in Europe (USAFE), it's recommended for a SF2:E installed Sabre.
This set represents the 461st Fighter Day Squadron in approx 1956, when they use the "Euro Camo" (dark green/dark gray uppers, PRU blue unders). This skin will replace any earlier versions, as a small glitch at the aft wing root has finally been fixed and repainted. You get 24 historically accurate decals. Meaning: those marked with a star (*) have been postively ID'd as have been used by the 461st. All the others, marked with the cross/plus sign (+), while having served in the 36th Fighter Day Wing, could not associated with a particular squadron. The skin is in jpg format, and decal randomization is TRUE. The SF2 date switch is NOT used. A new skin specific Hangar Screen is also included. As the 461st is a 'stock' squadron, the squadron displayed name is activated via my (patent pending) fake SqTail decal.
On the skin selection menu, on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
461st FDS, 36th FDW USAFE (Camo)
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions.

  12. SF2 Tu-16 Badger Pack by Pasko

    SF2 Tu-16 Badger Pack by Pasko       11/1/2024
-For SF2, Full 5 Merged REQUIRED. Must Have SF2:NA!!!!!)
    -Another 1stGen Salvage Operation-
This is a revamp of Pasko's Tu-16 Badger(s) from SF1 to SF2 "standards". This package contains the 3 variants of the Badger he and his team created 'way back in 2005. As stated above, a full-5 merged install is required; or at =LEAST= having SF2:NA in the merged install. This is because the Cruise Missile versions use the stock 3W cruise missiles (Although I've supplied the early versions).
The 3 aircraft included herein are ...
Tu-16 Badger-A (free fall bombs only)
Tu-16K-10-26 Badger C (cruise missiles only; 1 centerline, 2 wing mounted)
Tu-16G Badger K (2 cruise missiles, wing mounted only)
A cockpit is supplied for each, with a working bombsight for the standard bomber. (See notes about the issues flying bombers in SF2). All weapons, execpting the KS-1 & KSR-2 missiles are stock 3W items (FAB, RBK, K10S). All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. All new Hangar and Loading screens have also been included, for you enjoyment.
The aircraft are supplied with a number skins for the varying Air Force users. Some (re)use their original 1stGen decals, with a slight repaint to stop any 'fuzziness'. Many decals used (for Middle East and Soviet birds) are stock items. You'll get:
    Tu-16A:
    Soviet Silver
    Ukraine Silver (<1991)
    Egypt AF Silver (<1966)
    Iraq Silver (<1973)
    Indonesia Silver (<1961)
    PLAAF China Sliver (<1959)
    Iraq Green Stripe Camo (<1978)*
    Iraq Sand/Green Camo (<1980)*
    Tu-16C:
Soviet Naval Aviation Silver (blue borts)
    Tu-16G:
Soviet Naval Aviation Silver (blue borts)
As indicated above, you can see the the SF2 "date switch" is active. The star (*) tagged above indicates these years are "best guess". When possible the original readme for all skins are within each skin folder, and notes are sometimes made on the textureset.ini. The PLAAF bird only gets 24 bort number decals, which are (hopefully!) historically correct and nearly the right color blue <grin>! Pilot figures are also included. For exact in-game usage for the C & G models, I'd suggest giving their data inis a looksee, as they have several Secondary Roles to fulfill.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    Tu-16 Badger-A (Pasko)
    Tu-16K-10-26 Badger C (Pasko)
    Tu-16G Badger K (Pasko)
The (Pasko) differentializes these from the stock 3W Badgers (and any mods thereof). So you can't mistook them for anything other than what they is.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is of course, in the Notes section below.

  13. SF2 Deuces Euro Desert Terrain Pack

SF2 Deuces Euro Desert Terrain Pack        8/24/24
== For SF2, any and all, but Full 5 Reccommended ==
*** Your mod folder(s) =MUST= have, or access to, the stock Desert terrain, as many items are referenced from that stock terrain cat. ***
Once upon a time, in the early 2000s, one of our first terraformers, Deuces, released this "Euro-Desert". Basicly, retiled to a more lush green environment. What I've done here is fully update it for use in the SF2 Environment by adding or changing all needed statements in the data ini, and "fixing" all water bearing tgas with new alpha channels. Other than adding the 2 stock ships in port and some vehicles that show up parked in various places, NO other (outside or non-stock) items have been added! Consider this as close to the original stock desert terrain as possible! With some window dressing. As always (meaning: target area upgrades. Nothing TOO major). There are NO Easter Eggs. Sorry! (not sorry).
When 'in game', on the terrain selection drop down, you'll see
    Deuce's Green Desert
    Select it, and play normally.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE READ THEM!!! The original readme is inside the terrain's folder, and is included for historical purposes.

  14. SF2 Green "Not Desert" Terrain Pack

SF2 Green "Not Desert" Terrain Pack        8/23/24
== For SF2, any and all, but Full 5 Recommended ==
*** Your mod folder(s) =MUST= have, or access to, the stock Desert terrain, as many items are referenced from that stock terrain cat. ***
Once upon a time, in the early 2000s, one of our first terraformers, Deuces, released a "Euro-Desert". Basiclly, retiled to a more lush green environment. This is my contribution in that vein. This terrain is designed to be FUN, and perhaps more than a little silly. As can be expected, there are Easter Eggs (tm) EVERYWHERE.
This is a revamp of the stock 3rd Wire "Desert" terrain. It has gone through a somewhat extensively large rebuild (tile-wise), being retextured to a more cooler climate (see Notes) Large amounts of "eye candy" have been added to the airports, cities and other military targets. Ports have been upgraded with buildings, docked ships and other maritime goodies. The movement ini has also been modified, with additional and/or re-plotted routes. Be advised, that the original Desert campaign(s) MIGHT work, as I kept "things" as close as possible to the original, with the exception of FINALLY naming the tiled city regions in the southwest of the map that had never been touched since the 2003 initial release of SFP:1. However, I cannot gar-un-tee any of the existing stock or user made campaigns will work on this modded terrain; Be Advised!
I've supplied a great number of Ground Objects (many of which you may already have), but you'll want to double check them after unzipping, to make sure you have everything before installing. Meaning: not everything has been supplied. Ground defenses (AAA & SAMs) use the generic tags (SAMLauncher, SAMRadar, etc), so there should be no problems with the Game Engine (tm) using what's in your Mods Folders. With Ground Objects in mind, this terrain has the usual minimum year spread from 1945 through (at least!!!!) 2050. There are NO mission restrictions, excepting Naval Action (no CVs!!).
When 'in game', on the terrain selection drop down, you'll see
    NotDesert (Green)
    Select it, and play normally.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE READ THEM!!! It should be noted, you might (ok, WILL) experince longer than normal loading times on this terrain. It's because of all stuff I found I needed to include when (re)building it.
Also, PLEASE read the "Notes" section for more data on the astronomical, geophysical and climatic conditions of this "region".

  15. SF2 F-16A Block 1 (TMF) Pack

    SF2 F-16A Block 1 (TMF) Pack       6/28/2024
-For SF2, Any and All-(SF2:I Required, Full 5 Merged Suggested)
    - Another 1stGen Salvage Operation -
This is a rebuild of TMF's F-16A Block 1 Fighting Falcon. This is =JUST= the block 1, with its short life span (78-90, including exported/European built versions). Having SF2:I is required, as this mod makes use of the Netz's destroyed model.
This mod is set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with the myriad of F-16 mods, both based off the Third Wire Netz or any add-on Vipers. Skins remain in their original bmp format, in their original size and resolution. Most markings are decals, with the exception of some painted on national markings. Decal Randomization is TRUE. Each skin is provided with 24 historically correct serial number decals (for the A block 1).  All necessary items are provided; drop tanks. decals, pilots, sounds, and so forth. Weapons used are all stock in-game items. If I missed anything, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed. Please read the "Notes" for how to select the alternative STRIKE loadout.
The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The refueling door operates with the Shift/1 (one) keystroke. This also makes use of the expanded RWR listings, and hopefully I've gotten all them tgas together.
The aircraft is supplied with 3 skins for the original "starting" Air Force users:
    USAF: 16th TFS, 388th TFW
Belgian Air Force: No.359 Squadron (<1979)
Netherlands Air Force (KLU) No.322 Squadron (<1980)
Those squadrons in the stock 3W squadronlist.ini (BAF & KLU) have their displayed name activated via either my (patent pending) fake SqTail decal, or a squadron badge decal, or both.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
F-16A Blk 1 Fighting Falcon (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is. This will also differentialize THIS one from the many other Falcon mods zipping around, including the stock 3W one.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. The original readme is included. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  16. SF2 IAI Saar (EG) Pack

SF2 IAI Saar (EG) Pack       6/14/2024
    -For SF2, Any and All- (Full 5 Merged Suggested -SF2E &/or SF2I  )
    -Another 1stGen Salvage Operation-
This is a rebuild of EricGen's 1stGen Dassault/IAI Super Mystere 'Saar', as used by the Israeli Air Force and Honduran Air Force from the 1970s through the 1990s.
This mod is set up and labeled to cause NO conflicts with the Super Mystere Saar available from within the game (Third Wire) or any mods of the stock bird that may exist.  Skins remain in their original bmp format. Most markings are decals, with the exception of the orange colored ID bands on one of the IDF skins. Decal Randomization is TRUE.  All necessary items are provided, decals, weapons, pilots, sounds, and so forth. Some you've probably got already. If I missed any, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed.
The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The cockpit provided is one of Stary's superb works, and can also be used on the stock 3W version of the Saar (as for some reason, "out of the box" it's not player flyable).
The aircraft is supplied with a number skins for the varying Air Forces:
    Israel:
    No.105 Sqdn "The Scorpion" (3-tone)
    No.105 Sqdn (3-tone w/ID trangles <10/73)
    Honduras:
IDF 3-tone (as delivered in 1976)
    Camo 2, Late (2-tone greys <1985)
As indicated above, you can see the the SF2 "date switch" is active.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    Saar (EG)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is. This will also differentialize THIS one from the 3W Super Mystere Saar that's stock in game. The "EG" of course, is for EricGen.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

    -Another 1stGen Salvage Operation-
This is a rebuild of EricGen's 1stGen Dassault Super Mystere B.2, as used by the French and Israeli Air forces from the 1950s through the 1970s.
This mod is set up and labeled to cause NO conflicts with the Mystere IVA  available from within the game (Third Wire) or any mods of the stock bird that may exist.  Skins remain in their original bmp format. Most markings are decals, with the exception of the fuselage color bands on some of the NMF skins. Decal Randomization is TRUE.  All necessary items are provided, decals, weapons, pilots, sounds, and so forth. Some you've probably got already. If I missed any, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed.

The aircraft is supplied with a number skins for the varying Air Forces:
    France:
    EC 1/5 Vendee (1961-1966)
    EC 1/10 Valois (1958-1974)
EC 2/5 Ile de France (1961-66)

    No.105 Sqdn (Blue/Brown Camo <62)
    No.105 Sqdn (3-tone <69)
As indicated above, you can see the the SF2 "date switch" is active.

So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is. This will also differentialize THIS one from the 3W Super Mystere that's stock in game. This includes NOT conflicting with the superb skin/ini pack that PauloPanz did some years back (reccomended!!!!).
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included; several are actually in their respective skin folders. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  18. SF2 Mystere 4A (AJ) Pack

    SF2 Mystere 4A (AJ) Pack       5/31/2024
    -For SF2, Any and All-(Full 5 Merged Suggested )
    -Another 1stGen Salvage Operation-
This is a rebuild of Ajundair's 1st Gen Dassault Mystere IVA, as used by the French, Israeli and Indian Air forces from the 1950s through the 1970s. As this mod references a stock cockpit, SF2:I and/or SF2:E are REQUIRED (or a full 5 Merged, of course!).
The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero)
The aircraft is supplied with a number skins for the varying Air Forces:
    France:
    EC 1/5 Vendee (<1955)
EC 2/8 Languedoc (61-82) - both in NMF
    Israel:
No.101 Sqnd "First Fighter" (<1955 NMF)
No.101 Sqdn "First Fighter" (NMF, w/Red Stripe <58)
    No.116 Sqdn "Flying Wing" (Blue/Brown Camo <61)
    No.116 Sqdn "Flying Wing" (3-tone <69)
    India:
    "Indian Silver" (standard NMF <1957)
As indicated, the SF2 "date switch" is active. The IDF/AF 2-tone is a brand new skin, as it had never been created for the original release (2004-ish) The IDF/AF 3-tone late camo is a "rebuilt" skin, as the original had the wrong colors. All other skins have had a least some minor repainting. The Indian AF skin does =NOT= break the serials down into their respective squadrons, nor are there any squadron 'nose art' badges. Consider them generic in nature, although the serials are ALL historically correct.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    Mystere IVA (AJ)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is. This will also diferentiate THIS one from the 3W Mysetere IVA that's stock in game. This includes NOT conflicting with the superb skin/ini pack that PauloPanz did some year back (reccomended!!!!). As stated above, this mod makes use of the STOCK 3rd Wire cockpit from it's MyIVA, but I've left in the originial F-86 cockpit (with some mods) and it's inis from 2004. It's also been updated to add any missing bits.
The template I made is also included. It's "medium rez", in 1024x. Make of it what you will.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  19. SF2 TMF Mirage 5F Pack

    SF2 TMF Mirage 5F Pack       5/22/2024
    Updated 5/24/24, v2.0
-For SF2, Any and All-(Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a NEW aircraft, based on an pre-existing TMF aircraft LOD, used to (re)create the Mirage 5F fighter-bomber as used by the French Air Force. To let you all know, no "official" 5F was ever created and relased by TMF. So, consider this an "un-official" version <gr>!
This mod is set up and labeled to cause NO conflicts with the Mirage 5F available from within the game (Third Wire) or any others that may exist.  Skins remain in their original bmp format. Most markings are decals, with the exception of the AdA Rudder tri-color bands on the NMF skin. Decal Randomization is TRUE.  All necessary items are provided, serial number decals, weapons, pilots, seats, sounds, effects, and so forth. Some, you've probably got already. If I missed any, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed. The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero)
The aircraft is supplied with 2 skins for EC 3/13 Auvergne:
    NMF (start date=1)
    Euro Camo (<1975)
As indicated, the SF2 "date switch" is active.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    Mirage 5F (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than TMF Birds (tm). This will also diferentiate THIS one from the 3W 5F that's stock in game, but is AI only. On that note, the supplied cockpit (by BPAO & Crusader) was originally designed for use with the 3W AI Mirage 5F in 2017. For those wishing to do so, I've supplied the needed inis, and the instructional read-me. They are in a folder within the main aircraft folder. Ya can't miss it! <gr>.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, as always, in the Notes section below.

  20. SF2 TMF Mirage3C EC 3/10 Vexin Skin Pack

    SF2 TMF Mirage3C EC 3/10 Vexin Skin Pack       5/21/2024
    -For SF2, Any and All-
This here is a "new" skin for The Mirage Factory's Mirage IIIC, representing EC 3/10 Vexin in 2-tone desert camoflague, as they appeared during the Chad/Libyan war, based in Djbouti. EC 3/10 was the last unit in the AdA to use the Mirage III. I've given it a start date of 1984, so the 'SF2 Date Switch' will turn it on then.
You can find the TMF Mirage IIIC at the following url:
    https://combatace.com/files/file/18208-sf2-tmf-mirage-iiic-ada-upgraderemod-pack/
Reminder: this is for the IIIC =ONLY!!!=, NOT the IIICi!!
Almost all marking are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The skin remains in it's original bmp format. A skin specific Hangar screen was created just for this mod. Also included, are updated Data and loadout inis, containing Crusader's animation fix for the intake shock cones, and a small weapons twerk. I'd suggest backing up your originals, as a "CYA" measure.
When 'in game', on the Loadout screen, unit selection drop down, you'll see:
    EC 3/10 Vexin (<1984 Desert)
Although, wherever your flying it WILL turn on automaticlly.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included.

  21. Super Mystere Sa'ar, Fuerza Aérea Hondureña (Honduran Air Force)

Super Mystere Sa'ar, Fuerza Aérea Hondureña (Honduran Air Force)
    -- For SF2, Full-4 Merged (Prefered) and/or any combination -WITH- SF2:I --

This mod =REQUIRES= a Full-4 Merged install, or at the very least, SF2:I for the various and sundry bits used herein (to, wit, the Mystere IVA cockpit from SF2:I). If you do NOT have the minimum required game installs, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS MOD, as you won't be able to use it.

This is a mod of the SF2:I Super Mystere Sa'ar into those as used by the Honduran Air Force. This depicts the aircraft as originally delivered to the FAH in 1976, still wearing the 3-tone IDF desert camo.

As the Sa'ar is not player flyable "out of the box", this pak will make it so, using the Mystere IVA cockpit (also from SF2I -hence, it's requirement!!). This package can be used in one of 2 ways:

    1) As an add-on skin for the Sa'ar (with the included, adjusted userlist ini) or

    2) As a stand-alone, nationalized aircraft.

All the various inis, skin and decals are provided for either choice. Instructions are in the "To Install" section. 100% historicaly correct FAH serial number decals are included.
The canopy has been activated; use Shift/0 to open and close.

As always, READ the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions. This package has been broken down into the various folders that SF2 needs, to make it a LOT easier to install (read: drag and drop).

    Have fun with it!

  22. SF2 TMF Mirage 5DE & Mirage 5SDE Upgrade/Remod Pack

    SF2 TMF Mirage 5DE & Mirage 5SDE Upgrade/Remod Pack       5/10/2024
-For SF2, Any and All-(Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's Mirage 5SD of the Lybian Air force, and the Mirage 5SDE as used by the Egyptian Air Force. As you can see, this mod contains 2 aircraft:
    Mirage 5DE:
    No. 1030 Sqdn, LARAF
    Mirage 5SDE:
    No.69 Sqdn (Early)
    No.69 Sqdn (<1977 w/ID Panels), EAF
This mod is set up and labeled to cause NO conflicts with the Mirage 5SD and SDE available from within the game (aka: DLC #28) or any others that may exist.  Skins remain in its original bmp format. All markings are decals. Serial number Decal Randomization is TRUE. The 5SDE for Egypt has all 54 historicaly correct serials; these change from 1000 series to 9000 series with the date change to the ID paneled skin. Best Research (tm) shows the LARAF numbers to be correct as well.  New Hangar and Loading screens are included as well. The canopies operate with the standard animation keystroke, Shift/0 (zero)
All necessary items are provided, serial number decals, weapons (drop tanks), pilots, seats, sounds, effects, and so forth.  Some, you've probably got already!!! If I missed any, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Dropdown you'll see:
    Mirage 5SD (TMF)
    and
    Mirage 5SDE (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than TMF Birds (tm). This will also differentialize these from the 3rd Wire stock & DLC versions.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, as always, in the Notes section below.

  23. SF2 TMF K'fir C1 & F-21A Lion Upgrade/Remod Pack

    SF2 TMF K'fir C1 & F-21A Lion Upgrade/Remod Pack       5/3/2024
-For SF2, Any and All-(SF2:I and/or Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's IAI K'fir C1 & F-21A Lion as used by the Israeli Defense Force Air Force, and the US Navy and US Marine Corps. The later two were used in dissimilar combat training as adversery aircraft (see Notes).
Included in this package are the 2 full aircraft, with one or more skins:
    Kfir C1:
    101 Squadron (Camo w/ID Panels)
    F-21A Lion:
    VF-43 "Challengers" (USN) (2-tone Grays)
VMAT-401 "Snipers" (USMC) (IDF style Desert Camo)
They are set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with the Kfirs available as stock within the game or any others that may exist.  Skins remain in their original bmp format. National markings are painted on, and my (Patent Pending) fake insignia and SqTail decals are active (when needed), allowing the squadron's name & Nation Name to be displayed on the Loadout screen. Serial number Decal Randomization is TRUE. All serial numbers are 100% historically accurate for their various units (all 32 for the IDF).  All necessary items are provided, serial number decals, weapons (drop tanks), pilots, seats, sounds, effects, and so forth. Some, you've probably got already. If I missed any, PLEASE let me know and I'll get it fixed.
The canards have been removed from the C1 through the use of the 'remove component trick'. The F-21A retains it's canards. For both models, the canopy operates with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The animation for the intake shock cones has also been corrected, thanks to Crusader.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    Kfir C1 (TMF)
    and
    F-21A Lion (C.1P) (TMF)
So you can't mistake them for anything other than TMF Birds (tm). Of course, this also removes confusion from the stock 3rd Wire Birds too (although the F-21A IS a DLC).
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, as always, in the Notes section below.
