  1. SF2 Su-30MKA "Flanker-H" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                         9/21/2025
-For SF2 =ONLY= (Any & All, Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
This is a mod of the Su-30MKI by Spudknocker, now converted (rebuilt?) into the Su-30MKA "Flanker-H" as used by Algeria. This is the complete aircraft, minus sounds and weapons. With luck, you'll already have those needed items. If not, since there seems to be no consensus, you'll have to locate them on your own.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this aircraft. You'll have 44 of them, which (iirc) is the total in service as of 9/2025.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    121ème Escadron de Defense Aerienne
As this is a full aircraft mod, there no need for a 'start date' on the skin. The QJJ received their first Flankers in 2007.
I've also included a new pilot figure, "Red3211".  The canopy is also activated, it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).  The canards are held on by the 'fake pilot' method, and there is NO thrust vectoring!!.
Included is a skin-specific Hangar Screen.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE read them, before installing!!! Please also take note of changes in the Standard Disclaimer in the "Legal BS" section at the bottom.

  2. SF2 IL-76 "Candid" & IL-78 "Midas" Algerian Air Force Skin Packs                                      9/17/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Herein you will find new skins and decals, plus some modified user lists and data inis for Veltro2k's IL-76 "Candid" transport and IL-78 "Midas" transport and aerial refueling tanker. If you don't have these aircraft, I've given their URLs at the bottom of the page.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The skin remains in their 'as issued' jpg format (IIRC, 2400x)
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see --
    IL-76:
347ème Escadron de Transport Stratégique (<1980)
    IL-78:
367ème Escadron de Ravitaillement en Vol (<1998)
The Years shown are when the QJJ received these aircraft, respectively, and is also repeated in the texture set inis, set as the "StartDefaultDate="

  3. SF2 C-119 "Flying Boxcar" Moroccan Air Force Skin Pack                                      9/12/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
A new skin and decal pack for MontyCZ's C-119 'Flying Boxcar" as used by the Moroccan Air Force from the early 1960s through 1980 (ish). It's recommended that you have the latest SF2 update installed FIRST before adding this mod, as some inis have been updated. Like for the aircraft is at the bottom of the section, below my signature.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The skin remains in it's 'as issued' BMP format, 1024x1024. All serial numbers are 100% historically accurate. Also included are updated data, user list and avionics inis. All have had some very small changes.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see
    Escadre de Transport (RMoAF)<1962
The "1962" is also repeated in the texture set ini, and set as the "StartDefaultDate=", which is the year the RMoAF received it first Flying Boxcars.

  4. SF2 MiG-15bis "Fagot-B" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack by Cliff7600                                  9/14/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
    NOTE:
If you've made it flyable and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin. See "Installation" for more details.
    In Cliff7600's own words ..
"I have made a quick skin for a Algerian MiG-15bis at the start of the Algerian air force with the early roundel and fin flash from a picture found on the net.
It's for the Third Wire MiG-15bis.
I've sent it to you and you can use it as you want for the Iberia terrain you released.
You might add the "insignia trick" in the decals ini file because there's no stock insignia or fin flash decal.
The numbers are semi-historical as I took what I found from the thread about the Moroccan and Algerian numbers. I made 12 of them.
    It's my contribution lol"
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The skin remains in their 'as issued' BMP format (3w Rez)
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see
    Algeria 1964

  5. SF2 MiG-29C "Fulcrum-C" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                         8/29/2025
-For SF2 =ONLY= (Any & All, Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
This is a revamp of a skin released in 2015 for The Mirage Factory's MiG-29C "Fulcrum-C" as used by the Algerian Air Force (QJJ). The original skin was by ADM17 from 2015. This package will replace that skin & decal set completely.
Please note, in the TMF Pack, it's for the just "Plane Jane" MiG-29C (no suffix).
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this aircraft. You'll have 24 of them. The skin has been converted from 12meg bmps to jpgs, saving a considerable amount of space!! Resolution stays at 2048x.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
193 Esc. de Chasse (QJJ) <1999
As you can see, there is an active start date (listed in the texture set ini) and with luck it will turn on in 1999. This is when the QJJ started operating the Fulcrums
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. All weapons used are from the TMF MiG-29 Super Pack, available at the following URL:
    https://combatace.com/files/file/12489-the-mirage-factory-mig-29-fulcrum-mod/
I've also included a new pilot figure, "Red7001".  The canopy is also activated, it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
    .
Included is a skin-specific Hangar Screen. As it's named the same as the original, no editing is required to install!.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE read them, before installing!!! Also, the Notes section has more details on the changes.

  6. SF2 Su-24MK "Fencer-D" Algerian Air Force Skin & Ini Pack                                             9/1/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here is a new(ish) skin, decal and ini set for the Veltro2k's Sukhoi Su-24MK "Fencer-D"", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1989 thru the late 2020s. If you don't have the aircraft, it can be found at the following URL:
    https://combatace.com/files/file/12158-sf2-su-24-fencers/
You MUST have the aircraft installed BEFORE adding this mod, as MANY newly edited/corrected items are included within this package.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are 100% historically correct for this type of aircraft.  You'll have 34 of them (I think that's ALL of them!). The skin is in jpg format (2048x), and is reused (rebadged?) from Slick Cowboys' "Improved Fencer Skins Pack" from 2015.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    274e Escadron d'Attaque (QJJ) <1989
The actual folder name is QJJCamo.
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "Red7002" and ejection seat (K-36D) from Slick Cowboys' pack.  I've included the weapons from the Original 2011 Release (tm) of the Fencer Pack, and made MANY adjustments (See "Notes" below).
The canopy is also reset to manual control and it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).

  7. Iberian Peninsula/North West Africa Terrain   ver 2.0                                                           3/15/25
     -- For SF2:Europe, or a Fully Merged Install --
This is a revamp/rebuild of the Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Algeria (parts thereof) terrain map from Cangas' "Operation Pelayo". It has been EXTENSIVELY reworked with many major corrections to tiling, height fields, target areas and the usual visual upgrades. Be it known, that the original campaign will most likely be VERY broken by all the terrain upgrades. Those that can, are encouraged to make the necessary changes to match this upgrade (it's included in this download).
==Please note: this terrain needs the SF2:E GermanyCE cat to fully operate, as several items on the map are only in that terrain cat. So, as stated in the header, Fully Merged or SF2:E REQUIRED.==
*Be Advised! There are NO /Objects included with this package -- unfortunately, it put this terrain zip over the allowed limit of 500,000k. They are being released separately.
*Geophysical Disclaimer: some rivers and other water features may not follow their Real Life (tm) courses, be placed in their Real Life (tm) locations, or exist at all. Several cities,  other physical features and target areas will also fall into that classification. Due to some height field irregularities, some major airports are also NOT present. If added, the "flattening" would have changed the landscape too much for my liking. Some target areas (cities, etc.) exist only as named places, with no strategic or tactical values. Just someplace to fly over. *
As should be expected, there are a boatload of various Easter Eggs scattered all over the map. There are also many new tiles, and new TODs to go with them. I've also included the original "Operation Pelayo" campaign ini for those with the talent to adjust and edit it for use with this updated terrain. OTH, you'll have to find your own aircraft for the various countries.
Limited Nations is set the "TRUE", and there are NO restrictions on any mission types. The map has a 'given' start date of 1956, when Morocco gained independence. Although, it IS more designed for mid-1960s and later. This terrain is also =NOT= set as a Naval Map (meaning: no _water bmp with proper CV zones), even though there are several regional powers with aircraft carriers that would be usable.

  9. SF2 MiG-23MF "Flogger-B" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                         8/29/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here be 2 new skins and decal sets for the stock 3W MiG-23MF "Flogger-B" as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1980 until it's retirement around 2010.  The early skin is a rebadging of the Syrian camo (closest to Real Life), and the later skin is in a 2-tone Sand/Dark Earth by Gerwin. There is an active date switch for the later skin (see below)
If you have made this plane flyable, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this type of aircraft (23MF). You'll have 18 of them. However, while most the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in. So, I just assigned it to one that was known to operate this model. On the Number list in, any marked with a star (*) are 100% correct for this aircraft type. Those with no markings, are "best guess" fillers. The same serial number decals are used for both skins.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    For the Early skin:
    28e Escadron d'Interception (QJJ)<1980
    For the Later skin:
    28e Escadron d'Interception (QJJ)<1990
As you can see, there is an active start date (listing in the texture set ini) and will luck it will turn on in 1990. Again, this is a 'best guess' as to when the QJJ went to the 2-tone.
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. All weapons used are stock, in-game items, so no additions are needed.  I've also included a new pilot figure, "Red3201".  The canopy is also activated, it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
What I have NOT given you, are the bits and bobs necessary to make it Player Flyable (tm). If you haven't done this, you'll have to root around for the needed cockpit in the CA downloads; it's not very hard to find.
As an Extra Added Bonus (tm) just because I like you all, you get not one, not two, but THREE brand new hangar screens!! One is a 'generic' MiG-23, and the other 2 are skin-specific for these new Algerian ones. Instructions are in the "To Install" section down below.

  10. SF2 MiG-23BN "Flogger-H" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                         8/29/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here 2 new skins for the stock 3W MiG-23BN "Flogger-H", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1980 until it's retirement around 2005. The first skin is a rebadging of the stock Syrian 3-tone skin (closest in colors and pattern), and the second is a later Sand/Dark Earth camo by Gerwin (adapted from his 1stGen release).
If you have made this plane flyable, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding these skins. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this type of aircraft (23BN). You'll have 24 of them, and both skins use them. I've assigned it to the squadron known to operate this model.  The skins remain in bmp format, in "3W Rez" (512x).
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    Camo 1 -
    27e Escadron d'Attaque (QJJ)<1979
    Camo 2  (Sand/Dark Earth)
    27e Escadron d'Attaque (QJJ)<1990
As you can see, there is an active start date (as listed in the texture set ini) and will luck it will turn on in 1979, and then will switch in 1990. This is a 'best guess' as to the year of the switch; research has turned up no data.
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "Red7001".  The canopy is also activated, it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
What I have NOT given you, are the bits and bobs necessary to make it Player Flyable (tm). If you haven't done this, you'll have to root around for the needed cockpit in the CA downloads; it's not very hard to find (it's by Stary). However, I have given you repainted gunsight TGAs. They're in a very bright yellow, so as to make it easier to see for us Old Folks (tm). I've left original colored copies of all the gunsight tgas in the /cockpit folder, just in case you don't like the bright ones. You also get not one, not two, but THREE hangar screens!! One is a 'generic' MiG-23, and the other 2 are skin-specific for these new Algerian ones. Instructions are in the "To Install" section down below.

  11. Here we have a new Home Grown Template (tm) for the stock MiG-21bis and bis B. There is a good possibility that it may also work on M, MF and others. I've not tested this, however.
The template is in medium rez, 1024x1024. All new panel and rivet lines, and some weathering. There is also a "base" skin of 2-tone Sand/Dark Earth camo over a light blue-gray underside.
Other texture artists are encouraged to make any and ally changes to improve it.

    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here is a brand new skin for the stock 3W MiG-21bisB "Fishbed-N", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1980 until it's retirement in the early 2000s. This is a completely new skin, created from a Home Grown Template (tm) . The aircraft is finished in late model Sand/Dark Earth with light gray undersides. The template IS included with this mod, and will also be uploaded separately.
If you have made this plane flyable, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin, even though this does replace a stock one. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this type of aircraft (21bisB). You'll have 18 of them. However, while all the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in. So, I just assigned it to one that was known to operate this model.  The skin in jpg format, in 1024x1024.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    140e Escadron de Chasse (Algeria)<1980
As you can see, there is an active start date (listing in the texture set ini) and will luck it will turn on in 1980 :) (it's also the same start date for the QJJ upon receiving the 21bis)

  13. SF F/A-18A (C15) Hornet (TMF) Spanish Air Force Pack  v.2                                   8/14/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a remod of the 2009 upload of the Spanish Air Force F/A-18A (aka "C.15") Hornet originally by Blackfish. This creates a nation specific version of the aircraft, and replaces the 2009 version completely.
As there was no readme for the original mod, at the bottom of this document, I've added the text from the announcement thread. If you have this original mod, you are advised to Delete It Completely, as this one replaces it in toto. This is also designed to NOT conflict with the F/A-18s as seen in the TMF Hornet Mega Pack, also available here are CA. As this uses a unique name (C-15) this should pose no issues.
All original decals are reused, and are now randomized for the 3 squadrons. Loadouts have been adjusted (See Notes). The skins remain in their original BMP format. My research has indicated all the serial numbers from the original mod are historically correct for the squadrons depicted. A new SF2 compliant hangar screen was also created for this mod.
The 3 EDA squadron represented herein are:
    Ala 12
    Ala 15
    Ala 46, 462 Esq

The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
I've included the drop tanks, pilot figure and ejection seat.  What I have NOT done is include any other weapons, effects, sounds or RWR tgas for the TEWS. These are all found in the TMF Hornet pack. I'm making the assumption (oh! that WORD!!!) you already have them.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    C-15 Hornet (EDA) (TMF)
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  14. SF2 Su-7BMK "Fitter-C" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                                             8/30/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here is a new(ish) skin for the stock 3W Sukhoi Su-7BMK "Fitter-C"", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1972 thru the late 1980s. The aircraft is painted in Egyptian Nile Style camo, as used when these aircraft were sent to Egypt in 1973,  but with the correct style serial number decals. This is a 'rebadging' of the stock 3W skin. Research has NOT turned up any information or pictures of any other paint schemes from when they were first delivered.
If you have made this aircraft flyable, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin, even though this does replace the stock one. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this type of aircraft.  You'll have 18 of them. However, while all the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in.  The skin remain in it's 'as issued' BMP format (3w Rez)
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    Algerian Camo (Nile Style)<1972
This is changed from the original listing on the texture set inis, because of the addition of specific decal randomization text. The actual folder name is QJJCamo.
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "RedAir1".
However, I have given you repainted gunsight TGAs. 15. SF2 MiG-21MF "Fishbed-J" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                                   8/24/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here is a new(ish) skin for the stock 3W MiG-21MF "Fishbed-J"", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1965 thru the early 1980s. Basically,  Egyptian Nile camo, as used when these aircraft were sent to Egypt in 1973, and how they returned afterwards. but with the correct style serial number decals. If YOU have and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin, even though this does replace the stock one. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Serial numbers are historically correct for this type of aircraft (21MF). You'll have 18 of them. However, while all the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in. So, I just assigned it to one that was known to operate this model.  The skin remain in it's 'as issued' BMP format (3w Rez)
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
19e Escadron de Combat  (Nile Style)
This is changed from the original listing on the texture set inis, because of the addition of specific decal randomization text. The actual folder name (QJJCamo1) remains the same.
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "RedAir1".
However, I have given you repainted gunsight TGAs. 16. SF2 MiG-17F "Fresco-C" Moroccan Air Force Skin Pack                             8/24/2025
-For SF2 =ONLY= (Any & All, Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here is a new skin for stock 3W MiG-17 "Fresco-C", representing those as used by the Moroccan Air Force from 1961 thru the late 1970s/ early 1980s.  If you use the read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The skin is a rebadged stock 3W 'silver' (aka NMF). You get 26 serial and "bort" numbers. The numbers are mostly historic in nature. On the Number list ini, any marked with the star (*) have been positively match to each other (bort & serial). The others are best guess, and should be considered generic in nature.
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see
    RMoAF Silver (<1961)

  17. SF2 MiG-17F "Fresco-C" Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                                                            8/24/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
Here are 2 new(ish) skins for the stock 3W MiG-17 "Fresco-C", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1965 thru the early 1980s. Basically, slight 'rebadging' of the stock "QJJSilver1" and "QJJCamo1" (Nile Style), but with corrected serial number decals. I've =not= included any of the bits to make it flyable, but if you have, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin, even though this does replace the stock one. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The two sets of Serial numbers are historically correct (ish). You'll have 24 for the NMF, and 18 for the Camo. However, while all the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in. Any marked with the cross (or plus sign +) are conjectural, as I could not find any reference to them. The Post 1968 (Camo) skin uses the "FG-**" style. Both skins remain in their 'as issued' BMP format (3w Rez)
When on the Loadout Page, you'll see
    Algerian Silver (1964)
    Algerian Camo (<1968)
This is NOT changed from the original listing on the texture set inis, with the exception of adding specific decal randomization text, and the year tags.
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "RedAir1".  The canopy is also activated, it uses the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
What I have NOT given you, are the bits and bobs necessary to make it Player Flyable (tm). If you haven't done this, you'll have to root around for the needed cockpit in the CA downloads. (cough - by Stary). I have, however given you the VK-1F engine sound.

  18. SF2 MiG-21F-13 Algerian Air Force Skin Pack                                                            8/22/2025
    -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended)
This is a new(ish) skin for the stock 3W MiG-21F-13 "Fishbed-C", as used by the Algerian Air Force from 1965 thru the early 1980s. This skin is named the same as the stock "QJJSilver1", but replaces it with all new correct serial number decals. I've =not= included any of the bits to make it flyable, but if you have, and use the "read only main ini trick", you'll have to turn that off after adding this skin, even though this does replace the stock one. See "Installation" for more details.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. All 24 Serial numbers are 100% historically correct. However, while all the numbers are correct, they should be considered Generic in nature, as I could not find which squadron each served in. So, I've assigned them to a QJJ squadron that DID use the Fishbed-C. The SF2 'date switch' is used to create the "start date" for when Algeria received their MiG-21F-13s (btw, it's 1965).
When on the Loadout Page, instead of the Generic "QJJSilver1" name, you'll see
    11e Escadron de Chasse (Algeria)
I have included a modified data and loadout ini. The data ini gives the aircraft some "hardening" (via aluminum armor), and the loadout ini adds the drop tank for all missions. I've also included a new pilot figure, "RedAir1". For those of us with older eyes, I've given you brightly (re)painted gunsight tgas for the cockpit.

  19. SF2 F-16AM Falcon, Portugal (TMF) Pack                                                                   8/21/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a rebuild of a mod from 2011(ish) of The Mirage Factory's F-16A  to the represent the F-16AM versions as used by the Portuguese Air Force Squadrons  No. 201 "Falcons" and  No. 302 "Jaguars". Each squadron has 2 skins; standard full color, and low visibility markings. The SF2 date switch is active, turning on in 2000 (best guess)
This mod is set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with any of the other TMF F-16As buzzing around, as this carries a unique name (see below). Skins remain in their original bmp format, in their original size and resolution (1024x). All markings are decals. Decal Randomization is TRUE. Each skin is provided with 18 historically correct serial number decals.  The necessary items provided are drop tanks and pilot seat, the TMF F-16 Effects and Sounds. I've not supplied any other weapons; you should have the needed ones from the various Weapons Packs available at CA . If I missed anything, PLEASE let me know and I'll try to get it fixed.

The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The refueling door opens/closes with the Shift/1 (one) keystroke.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    F-16AM FAP (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is.
As always fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. The original readme is included. The 'Change Log' is, of course, in the Notes section below.

  20. SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre, EDA Skin Pack       8/2/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
This is a NEW skin for the F-86F-40 Sabre. This is a something of a "salvage operation", as I found this skin/decal set in my archives. It was originally done in 2012, but for reason unremembered, never released!
This set represents Spanish Air Force (Ejército del Aire y del Espacio) Sabres of 1 Ala from approx. 1958, when they started receiving the Sabre. You get 18 historically accurate decals; accurate in the fact they served in the EDA, but I was unable to associate them to a specific squadron or wing. So, consider them to be 'generic' in nature. Please note, the fuselage numbers are the early presentation as when first delivered. The skin is in jpg format, and decal randomization is TRUE. The SF2 date switch is NOT used, however the "startdefaultdate=" is set to 1958. Hopefully it works as advertised.
On the skin selection menu, on the Loadout Page, you'll see:
    1 Ala, 12 Esc

  21. SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre, Portuguese Air Force Skin Pack       8/7/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
This is a NEW skin for the F-86F-40 Sabre. It is designed to be used on the SF2 F-86F-40 pack available here at CA.
This set represents Portuguese Air Force (Forca Aerea Portuguesa) # 51 Squadron (later renumbered to 201) in approx. 1958, when they started receiving their Sabres. You get 24 historically accurate decals; all have been positively identified as having served in 51/201 Squadron (excepting the very last 2; they're generics). The skin is in jpg format, and decal randomization is TRUE. All markings are decals, excepting the painted squadron color bands on the wingtips, stab tips, and vert fin. The SF2 date switch is NOT used, however the "startdefaultdate=" is set to 1958. Hopefully it works as advertised.
On the skin selection menu, on the Loadout Page, you'll see:

  22. SF2 A-7P Corsair II (TMF) FAP Pack                                                                   8/4/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full 5 Merged Suggested)
This is a rebuild of TMF's A-7A Corsair II to the A-7P versions as used by the Portuguese Air Force's No. 302 Squadron "Falcons". This, like the Real Life (tm) version, uses the "A" body upgraded with "E" bits. This includes the cockpit and avionics. That is to say, I've (re)used the TMF A-7E cockpit and avionics for this mod. If, for whatever reason, you dislike the TMF cockpit, I've provided the inis and instructions herein to switch over to the stock 3W A-7E_78 cockpit and avionics inis. So, you'll need whichever SF2 game version gave us the A-7E_78 (disremember which one)
This mod is set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with the 3rdWire DLC A-7P, as this carries a unique name (see below). Skins remain in their original bmp format, in their original size and resolution. All markings are decals. Decal Randomization is TRUE. The skin is provided with 18 historically correct serial number decals.  The necessary items provided are drop tanks and pilot seat. Weapons used are all stock in-game items. If I missed anything, PLEASE let me know and I'll try to get it fixed.

The canopy operates with the Standard Animations Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero). The wing fold is operated by Shift/9 (nine). The refueling probe operates with the Shift/3 (three) keystroke.
When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Drop down you'll see:
    A-7P Corsair II (TMF)
So you can't mistake it for anything other than what it is. This will also differentialize THIS one from the Third Wire DLC, if you happen to have it.

  23. Simmers Paint Shop Color Chips                 6/29/2025
With the loss of Simmers Paint Shop, a lot of fantastic information has been lost forever for those texture artists that like the ability to fully match the proper colors for any and (mostly) all eras and countries.
Listed are not only the color chips, the the R/G/B and Hex values to (re)create them in your own image manipulation programs (GIMP, Photoshop, Paint.net, etc) These are given the US Federal Standard, and for Luftwaffe, the RLM converted to FS coding.
I don't remember when I found these, but here they are. Included are the original png format images, and I've converted them to jpgs for easier viewing with various and sundry programs.
Be advised, the images are QUITE large, so you'll need to zoom in on them.
    Included herein are chips for:
    Japan - IJN, IJAAF, JASDF
    Germany - Luftwaffe RLM/RAL
    UK - RAF British Standard
    Russia/Soviet Union - VVS colorlist
USA - USAF, USN, US Army
I hope you enjoy these, and make good use of them!!! Even though I uploaded to the SF2 category, these are usefull for any and all games or what-have-yous that you'd like to use them for!! :)

  24. SF2 North Cape Terrain Revamp            5/15/23
== For SF2, any and all, but designed with SF2:E in mind ==
*Please note, if you have the original, I suggest backing it up, simply for safety's sake. It will also archive it, for historical purposes.*
This is a revamp of the North Cape terrain by Baltika. It has gone through a somewhat large rebuild, mostly to clean up and add "eye candy" to the airports and some of the other military targets. It still remains in the single 'winter' season. Ports have been upgraded with buildings, docked ships and other martime goodies. The movement ini has also been modified, with additional and/or re-routed routes. It should be noted, this is =NOT= a NavalMap, so don't expect any carrier action. Limited Nations is also "TRUE", using the Usual Suspects (tm).
I've supplied a great number of GroundObjects, but you'll want to double check them after unzipping, to make sure you have everything before installing. Meaning: not everything has been supplied. Ground defenses (AAA & SAMs) use the generic tags (SAMLauncher, SAMRadar, etc), so there should be no problems with the GameEngine (tm) using what's in you Mods Folders.
As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE READ THEM!!!

  25. SF2 Sukhoi Su-7BMK Indian Air Force Pack (3W)      1/8/2025
-For SF2, Any and All (Full Merged Recommended)
The pack contains 4 remade skins for the stock 3rd Wire Su-7BMK "Fitter-A" fighter-bomber as used by the Indian Air Force. It also includes Stary's cockpit, modified data, loadout and avionics inis. The aircraft is now Player Flyable (tm) As is to be expected on stock normally AI-only aircraft, a quick restore main ini is also included. It should also be stated, the 'game using' Main Ini, has been rendered "Read-Only", so as not to loose it's Player Flyable (tm) status. The included "make if flyable" parts can be used on any of the other Su-7s in the Game's Hangar. An SF2 version of my "box art" hangar screen is also included. The canopy opens/closes with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0 (zero).
The Indian Air Force squadrons represented herein are:
    No. 32 Sqdn "Thunderbirds"(Blu/Tan/Brn-71)
    No. 101 Sqdn "Falcons" (NMF)
    No. 221 Sqdn "Valiants" (Brn/Grn Camo -74)
    No. 222 Sqdn "Tigersharks"(Blu/Grn/Brn <71)
The SF2 "date switch" is active, and will turn on the various skins on the year indicated above. 101 Sqdn, being NMF is the 'start at the beginning skin'. All markings are decals, with the exception of the national markings on #32 Squadron. All serial numbers (86 - all I could find) are 100% historically correct for this mark Fitter. Decal Randomization is TRUE. Unfortunately, I could not match serials with squadrons, so these serials are done "3rd Wire Style (tm)", being pooled for use on all 4 skins.
As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. The Change Log List is also in the Notes section. Where possible, I've included the original 1stGen readmes for historical credits.
