Known Issues & Additional information:
 
Schraege Music is controlled by Fire Secondary Gun Button, (not mapped on keyboard by default)
Gunsight for Schraege Music (two guns firing 45 degrees upwards) is missing.

This soundpack is meant to supersede my previous soundpacks (sfp1_spv1 & sfp1_spv2), and is specifically tailored for, and was tested on, Wings Over Vietnam with Service Pack 1, and Strike Fighters with Service Pack 3.
 
What's new in this version? Correct tracer colors for WoV, new tracer colors for Nato MG's, more intense flak effects, adjusted volumes (hoooray!), new sounds for: all stock MiGs, A-4s, NR-30 cannon.
 
Installation Notes: Before you begin, I strongly suggest that you have Skypat's SFP1E extraction utility (available at http://www.checksix-fr.com/ ), and familiarize yourself with its operation. You're going to find it indispensable!
 
TO INSTALL: simply extract the contents of this zip file into your Strike Fighters or WoV folder. That's all!
 
Warning: It will overwrite the following files (if you have them). Please back up the following, by dragging them to a safe place on your system:
 
1) Your entire "sounds" folder.
2) In your flight folder, backup your "soundlist.ini"
3) In your objects folder, backup your "gundata.ini"
 
If you don't find the last two, don't worry, you're just running a default installation

The next installment of my effects updates are ready for d/l.
Included is:
-Re-released Aircraft explosion
-SAM Launch Effect
-Small,medium,large bomb effect (Very large bomb effect coming next)
-Naplam effect
-An updated 20mm gun hit effect that I always like to look like HE hits...I like em, if you don't then just get rid of the ini.
-I've also included some sounds I like to use, up to you if you want to use em or not. I noticed that some were missing in the Soundlist.ini, like the cbu explosion, text file shows what needs to be added.
 
If you are prompted to overwrite any textures, say yes. You did back up your stuff first right?
 
Note 1:
Some effects might affect you framerate, sorry bout that but they run fine for me so if you get hits, guess it's time to pry open your wallet and buy some current hardware
 
Note 2:
The WilliePete bomb effect is with Bunyap and should be included once he releases the next weapon pack.

You need to run it in Win98 compatability if on XP.

with instructions for installation and set-up. Make sure that you read all of the text files!

Plane has no readme so I want to add credits for first Mustang TEAM (Crisis & Wolf-257) who made cockpit - originaly it is cockpit for Mustang but I thing it can be used (I cant contact Crisis so if there is a problem let me know).
This plane was build for fun and I think there wont be any further development.

The Sea Hawk FB.5 is now available. These are FB.3s re-engined with the Nene 103. The new engine gave slightly more thrust but performance remained poor.

Strike Fighters Medals Pack v1.3 . Here is the SF Medals Pack Version 1.3. The standard Strike Fighters (“SF”) had medals available only for the US services (USAF, USN and USMC). Version 1.0 of the Medals Pack added medals for Britain, China, Denmark, France, Israel, Japan, North Vietnam, Norway, South Vietnam, Soviet Union, Sweden, Taiwan and West Germany. Version 1.1 added Pakistani, Indian, Belgian, Netherlands, Czechoslovakian and Polish medals as well. Version 1.2 added three new WWII nations, Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan and the Soviet Union. The latest Version 1.3 adds Argentine, Brazilian, Greek, Italian and Spanish medals. The zip file comes with a ReadMe file explaining installation.

A set of accurate Planning Maps for the EAWEuro updated terrain.

This is a FREE downloadable add-on for Strike Fighters: Project 1 (requires Service Pack 3 or later).
 
This add-on contains all the components necessary to play the "F" model Skyhawk used by the US Navy and US Marine Corps. It includes new external 3d model, 3d virtual cockpit model, hangar screen, a new loading screen, and two single mission files.

The Sea Hawk F.2 is now available. This is a very similar aircraft externally to the late F.1. The only change I made was increasing the max control speed for the ailerons to reflect the hydraulic boost that was added.

Early RAF RR Spey-engined Phantom

This is the first of the ground attack versions. It can carry combinations of drop tanks, bombs, and rockets on the wing pylons although light loads were prefered due to poor performance.

This represents the later version of the Sea Hawk F.1 with the tail fairing, brass chutes, and ram air intake on the nose.

This varient represents an aircraft from the first batch of 35 Sea Hawk F.1s. It differs from later versions in that the tail fairing, expended brass chutes, and ram air intake on the nose are not present. There were several other minor differences that don't show up on the model and were of minimal consequence.
 
Armament consists of four 20mm Hispanos. Simple and to the point... Later varients could carry bombs and rockets so there will be fun for us mud movers too.
