  1. We'll see. It's not high on my priority list at the moment, but at least it's on it. Sorry to say, the C-130H will have a J model cockpit to start with for now.
  2. Glad you guys like it!

  11. View File C-130J-30 Version 2.0 C-130J-30 As flown by 37 Squadron Royal Australian Air Force. VERSION 2.0 NOTES ----------------- This updated version of my original C-130J-30 has some changes to the model as well as the inclusion of a virtual cockpit. The main changes/additions to the model in Ver 2.0 were: - Added all the antennas and aerials to the top and bottom. - Added pitot probes either side of the nose - Moved the landing gear pods forward. (The old model didn't look "stretched" because the pods were too far back.) - Reshaped the tail and dorsal fin. (Also didn't look right) - Cleaned up the Wing/Fuselage interface. - Fixed the landing gear shock animation and made it so the rudder will turn the nose wheel on the ground. - Extended the cargo compartment inside the aircraft and added two new pallet and three vehicle positions. At this stage, the only vehicle you can load is the M38 jeep included in the game (so sorry, no chute animation). - Modelled the MAWS sensors on the nose and tail. - Modelled the damaged outer wing section. - Fixed the flight model to more accurately resemble that of a Herc. - Added two external hardpoints for external fuel tanks. - Fixed the texture mapping on the control surfaces. - New Hangar and Loading screen. 14. Thanks guys, I think I will put them up separately...after all, I only have dial up. Dave, the .psd templates for my original C-130J-30 are already in the skin section. I will have to update them anyway. And I will upload the additional .psds for the stubby J and H versions.
  15. I'm just waiting on a few things before I release my C-130's, but I've just got a quick question for the forum. Would everyone prefer if I released the C-130J-30, C-130J and C-130H as separate packages or in a single package (similar to the MiG-25/Tornado packages etc.) ?
  16. Those are "Daisy Cutters" in the back and it will have the ability to drop anything that you want to put in there with a bit of ini editing. The C-130J/J-30 was the first C-130 to incorporate a HUD. As well as a few other goodies up the front.
  17. I posted this over at Simhq, but for the benefit of those that don't frequent it... I am almost finished an upgrade of my C-130J-30 including a fully functional 3D virtual cockpit. Here are the upgrades with Version 2.0 and some pics... C-130J-30: New Cargo compartment: HUD: Cockpit: Once this is released, it will hopefully be closely followed by a C-130J and C-130H non stretched version.
  18. The Texan II is slightly different to the PC-9/A (canopy, ventral fins etc.) I've never seen a cockpit picture of the Texan II but I guess it wouldn't be too different. Making a Texan II wouldn't be high on my priority list at the moment, but I wouldn't be totally against it. In the mean time, I'm sure someone would be happy to release a modified skin to make my PC-9/A look like a Texan II.
