DA Look for a program called dxtbmp. Its the easier and fastest to use for .dds files.

The skins in SF2 are straight forward bmp's. Edit the bmp, hit save and you're done. The "raw" skin you heard is just a bmp. Easier to use than a dds. Just doesn't compress as nice as DDS does.

That is why I'm retiring this year......

I'll have to ask Sundowner about that. He made that skin. I tend not to question him on F-4 knowledge.
