  1. I didn't bother to look it up as I know it didn't have optical back up.
  2. Was going through the weps pack and was looking up various SAM's and compared them to their real world counterparts. I mean if it has optical back up, unless you cloak, you are a viable target.
  3. I am not an FM guy so I am not sure how to fix it. But if we do find a fix, I will incorporate into the upgrades I am doing.
  4. That pretty much says it all right there. If we could of, we would of. So in this case what the purpose of asking? But every time it comes up, yes we do feel like we released a less then polished product. These posts keep reminding us of that too. So you wonder why we get bent out of shape. Wouldn't you?
  5. Did that just for you my friend!
  6. Really, I dropped a 2000 JDAM on it and it went BOOOMMM, made that noise too. I saw screw it and nuke it.
  7. But it is all true...
  8. Well let us know. Because I am curious.
  9. bump the ini's together and see what is what.

  11. They are saying that the UCAV's of the future will be totally autonomous. Pre programed and they go do their mission.
  12. Very true, those pilots had 100 and 100s of hours in the Thud. But well over 90% had never drop a conventional load.
  13. Thank you ma'am. That was it. And I know what you mean, you just know.
  14. But TAC in 1965/66 was not teaching conventional roles they taught nuclear delivery. They were the best at that, most had no clue on conventional delivery. TAC is the 60's was geared for a nuclear shootout, that was the only way they could get a piece of the budget that SAC was taking up.
  15. My question wasn't because you were a female why you liked the Spad. Others jumped in not understanding. I mean what drew you to like it. My favorite is the F-8 Crusader, the first time I saw it in person I was hooked. It was sitting at the flight line at Hanscom AFB back in 1985. After that I have been in love with it ever since.
  16. I came off a target, with the F-22 doing some BDA, as I turned hard right the guns from a Tungaska got me. They were trying to take pot shots at me with their SA-19's in optical mode but that doesn't work well when you are jinking.
  17. Great works guys. This one have been anticipated for awhile. Bravo!
  18. Flew too low and was a victim of AAA.

  21. You need to do this trick, your integrated chip set isn't cutting it.... So try this. http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=12148
  22. I see zerocinco lurking and since he has ventured into the payware stuff what do you think the feasibility of this is? From a financial perspective. My problem is that I don't know enough about to make and educated response.
  23. You know what I have been trying to a description to that and I think you just nailed it on the head. You are right about the F-22 incident, that pilot had 20 hours in the F-22 and the SH pilot has like 1000 hours in the C and 300 in the SH. But at Red Flag Alaska, the F-22 went 151 and 0 against SH, Eagles and Vipers. But then there is the Viper pilot who got a kill on an F-22 at the Nellis Red Flag. They used a new tactic. Got the 22's with their pants down, however the bad part for the Viper pilots was, that tactic worked on once. Just once, haven't gotten closed to a kill since.
