You are getting that white square because you I can bet have an ATI card. There is a .tga file that needs to be resized in the cockpit folder of the F18. Do a search for white square in hud and it get you tp the post where it tells you how to fix it. I would look for it myself but kind of hard on this Motorola Q. The B47, I think you downloaded just the skin I did and not the whole file. The B47 can be found at www.column5.us. I hope this helps.

Well it took 2 days but I got my wife and kids moved out of the house in Texas. Right now we are at my apartment in OK City to rest then we are heading out in a few hours. Final destination is my wifes assignment to Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Yes folks US Army on a US Air Force base. After I get them there I have to turn around and head back to Ok City. Then hope maybe one day I can get stationed with my family in Ohio.....but I digress. It was hard leaving our first house we lived in it for 6 years, lots of memories. Good and bad. But we saddled up and pulled out last night. I caught myself looking back toward my house, down the street I lived on for so many years. Its funny how you take things for granted until you have to leave them. But here is a couple of pics I wanted to share of my house in its glory days. I will miss it.

They used the prototype Camero for Bumblebee and in the making they had GM reps on hand to make sure the care was handled with great great care. It was funny how they were telling the actors how to get in and out of the car etc. At the time of shooting there were only 4 of those Cameros in exsitance.

Agreed, we all have our likes and dislikes in movies. But in this case I bet you Porsche Audi etc wish they had a piece of the pie now.

In the downloads section there is a set of files that updates the AAA to more modern era by having all their dates changed. I think it is in the object mod section. Hope that helps.

That is because no matter what happens, when politics gets discussed, people get emotionally charged, they turn into flame wars. I had my fill of that BS over at SimHq and I do not want it here. It is not unfair or unrealistic, it is our site, you agreed to rules to become a member of the site, therefore we can dictate what is discussed and what is not. On the other thing, people just get tired of answering the same questions over and over and over again. A search button is a wonderful thing. Chances are a question has been asked and by using said search button you will find it. God helps those who helps themselves. Finally some people who start a thread want to keep it on the topic they have started. (I am guilty of derailing a thread out of fun many many times) If they are talking about Super Hornets, maybe they don't want to talk about the Tomcats. You can't make blanket statements saying that it will inevitably move on to Tomcats. Because if that is not what the topic starter wants to hear, it is well in their right to say so.

There is a TGA in the pits that dont like ATI cards. But once you resize it to a square size it fixes it. There is a topic around her about what file it is you need to fix. I hate ATI cards, I will never own another.

As you all know I mod, test tweak and mod some more. I also do lots and lots of decals and skins. But I do fly often believe it or not, a few campaigns anymore but tons of single missions.

Make sure when you unzipped the files there wasn't a folder embedded in another folder. That may solve your issue with planes not showing up. F-18 cockpit issue, are you running an ATI card?

The HOBOs IIRC was never carried on the A-10. The Walleye is a US Navy bomb and never was able to be carried by the A-10 either.

Sparker I am well aware of what kind of pit should be in there. If you read the file announcement I stated that when and if we get a more correct pit I will update it. Can we please not nit pick it to death? Flanker thanks man FC yeah we have a few ideas for other versions. They will not be 100 percent because we do not have the max files for them. But rather than let them sit unused a few of us decided to put some extra skin and ini work into them to give you all a good quality package. But it is inevitable some one will nit pick it to death. No ETA when the XL and other versions will be done. I am in the process of getting my family up to Ohio then have to come back to Tinker and hope someday I might actually get stationed with them. So these projects are going to keep me sane until then.

Since we are the topic of Live Earth..... What are you doing to stay "Green" if anything? Do you have any energy saving tips we can all use? One thing though, this topic is not to discuss whether you think global warming etc is real or not etc etc etc, keep the politics of pollution out of it. My family recycles everything we can. Also we switched out all the light bulbs in the house for the energy efficient ones. Kind of more expensive but they do last longer. Also we keep the AC running at 78 degrees, that may sound warmer than most but we run celling fans all over the house and you can run those for pennies a day. I never knew that until a couple years ago. A ceiling fan in conjunction with an AC set to 78 has the same affect as one set to 70 to 72. My bills went down on the average of $31.56 a month by doing that.

What contributions? They act and sing for a living....those are "professions" that do not have any impact on our society in a sense where society will be lost without them. We need teachers, we need a military, we need fireman and police, we don't need celebrities. They think because they ARE rich it gives them a right to have a say. No it doesn't, I think the only person there that was serious about it was Al Gore. The rest will say they are "green" then go back to their celeb lifestyles. We do not need a mega concert to make us aware of the problems, the freakin' media does that already.

You can not drop the drop tanks, just like the real ones. The IAF doesn't want errant tanks falling on a densely populated area.

That is because you need to have a LP loaded up. One of your pylons need to be loaded with a laser pod. If you do not have one available then the pylon is not set to carry one. Make sense?
