Ok if someone want to makeit avail here at COMBATACE, then go ahead but I am saving this thread to cover our asses in the meantime. Bazze LOD's can not be made back into source files. Once they are LOD's for SF that is all they can ever be used for. They can not be undone.

Like Charles said the source files were not distributed so I am not sure what the issue could be. What was capun supposed to do with the model after purchase? Did I miss somerthing?

I didnt want to pull it Charles but from a website founder stand point it seems to be prudent until it is resolved.

My question is then why even buy if you cant do anything with it? The file is going to be deleted from CA in the interest of the legalities involved. I do not want this coming back to to bite COMBATACE, in the ass later. Sorry it came to this but we have the bigger picture to look at and thatis keeping COMBATACE out of legal trouble.

So is this matter closed or do I need to get involved?

I havent had this much fun with a game in a long long time. I recommend it. Great graphics, plenty of action....and it is not easy either. Good times and if you havent played the demo, get it then you will want to buy it.

Ah rgr, well good luck as we only have about 3 cockpit makers and they are all busy with other projects. So you are stuck with what we have.

Guys it has been a good run with the SF series but its time to hang up the modding stick. After modding this since Dec 2002 there just isnt anything else I want to do. My contributions numbers over the hundreds and I think it is enough. I dont regret any of the work I have done but it was alot of work for nothing. In return, over 50% if the time there was strife, arguements, nit picking and people who just can't read, it has gotten old. I will still help out in the forums when I can or want to, maybe even a project may spark my interest, who knows. But my proactive nature is at an end. So to those that appreciated the work I have done over the years. I am glad to have done it for you. To the friends I have made through this sim, it is something I will always cherish and I will be around on ICQ now and again. 3.2 is the old patch, you are patched to 4 now and the Falkland campaign doesnt work in the patch you have now.
